This was a wonderful place to stay St.Malo. It's a fifteen minute walk to the old town. The views of bay and its tides are exceptional. The furnishings are first rate, including a comfortable bed. Parking is very secure. We loved our time here.

Modern, tastefully decorated and beautifully maintained apartment. Location is close to everything but private and quiet. We relaxed, walked the beach and explored. Old city has great restaurants, lots of history and the can’t miss Micro Zoo. A wonderful stay.

Great location, excellent and fully equipped apartment including garage parking space. 5 min walk from Intra Muros, very good starting point for excursions in the area. Very nice hostess, handover was easy, although we speak very bad French. We had a wonderful week there!

The gorgeous, straight on sea view made us reluctant to leave the apartment at all. It changed with the tides and the variations of light. At high tide it was like being on a ship - but better because you can go for a walk on the solid beach walkway for miles. We visited 3 restaurants and a cafe within 5-20 minutes walk along the beachside. The restored old city is about 20 minutes as well. We loved the comfort and decor inside, too. Designer level, great layout, lots of storage, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds. Amazing sound-proofing, never heard a car or truck (or neighbors). There were a few maintenance noises because the building exterior is being renovated (June 2024), but that obviously is short-term and can’t be helped. There is a tabac one street over for necessities. A mall with many stores is about a 15-minute drive. The roads are pretty easy to navigate with a GPS, and it was easy to visit Dinard and Cancale. It was helpful to get an address for parking options in advance so you have an address. The apartment owners were lovely, friendly, and helpful. When we called because we’d misunderstood garage instructions, one of them came to help in 10 min. Great communication in general and very welcoming. All in all, perhaps our favorite rental ever - and we’ve visited many.

We loved our time in ST Malo. Our host couldn't have been more accommodating. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. It is a short walk to the old city but has several restaurants close by. The best part no doubt is the view of the sea. The first night we came back from dinner sat at the picture window and enjoyed a beautiful and colorful sunset. Spectacular.

A combination of sophistication and very up to date amenities make this property exceptional. The location on the beautiful beach so close to intra muros was also appreciated. The hosts were very hospitable. The initial problem with communication was due to MY phone! Once we figured a way around it, everything was perfect. A must return.

We were so pleased with the hospitality we received and the genuine care given to us. Thank you so much for your generosity and support during the Route du Rhum. It is much appreciated. Your home is lovely and was a perfect base for us during our preparations. The views to the sea cannot be beat, and it is a short walk into town and into the race village.
