Apartment With Fantastic Views Over St Ives And Out To Sea

Steve was vey attentive, helpful, and quick to respond to any question. Charming, neat apartment overlooking St. Ives!

We so enjoyed our stay here. The view from the apartment is indeed stunning - up high, overlooking St Ives, all the way down to the harbour and to the water is fabulous whether over breakfast or in the evening lights. It is all as good as the photos! The apartment is well equipped, very comfortable, clean & fresh. After a day's exploring, a deep sleep on the fab new mattress was just what was needed. Thank you to our welcoming hosts. We appreciated the contact to make sure everything is okay, and it was. We would not hesitate to return. Our visit happened to coincide with the St Ives Arts & Music Festival and a week of beautiful sunny days. Perfect.

The appartment was nice and clean, but unfortunately the double bed squeeked, so we had to sleep in the single beds. It was well equiped but it could be updated in some areas. The photos led us to believe that the harbour was closer and that the little garden wasnt really fit for purpose. The steps up to it were slippery when wet so was unable to use. The biggest disappointment was getting from the main entrance door to the flat upstairs, an awful smell of damp. That area needs attention. We came home early unfortunately:((

The views across St. Ives harbour and bay are absolutely spectacular, which is what comes with being up a hill I suppose. The space and apartment were just what we needed. I would highly recommend!

Great location, easy check-in, all facilities present.

A sea view without having to lean into a corner window or stand on a chair to see a tiny glimpse! Only one flight of stairs so not too hard to get to. Clean and tidy.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, 5 minutes from the town/harbour where there are lots of bars and restaurants to eat at, and 10 minutes from a couple of fantastic beaches. The apartment itself was clean, light and airy with everything you could need, as well as a great view of the harbour!Loved St. Ives and the apartment, will definitely be returning.

The apartment was clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped, just as in the description. The outdoor spaces were good and it is well located.

This property is about 5 minutes walk to st ives harbour, parking was relatively easy near to the property but in high season you would probably have to go further afield, its not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties, the apartment has fantastic views over the harbour and is very well equipped, just like home from home, communication was really good with the owners and id recommend this establishment.

Wonderful position. Saw dolphins through the binoculars that the owner left. Very good stay.

We had a wonderful stay, we are a family of four with a 2 and 4 year old - the apartment had the most fantastic views and everything you could possibly need including toys for the kids to take to the beach. The views were incredible - and for that you do need to be prepared to walk up some steep hills! But is well worth it for that first cup of tea of the day looking out over the harbour. Can’t recommend enough and would stay again! Thank you Steve and Helena!

Good value for money in a convenient location in St Ives.

We had a great time in St Ives, the flat is very clean and has everything we needed (including many board games that our son loved). Also it's nice to be within walking distance from the beach, the harbour and town.Great hosts too, very easy to communicate with.

The view of the harbour is sensational. The apartment is well equipped although a dishwasher would be a brilliant addition. Bedding was lovely & soft. We liked the location also. Reasonable walk up the steps to the long stay car park (£26 for the week) where I could charge my car. Reasonable walk down the steps to town. Overall, very highly recommended.

Very nice Appartement near the centre, only a few steps. Clean and spacios and well equipped.

We spent a very pleasant week in St Yves. The flat is very comfortable, quiet and well decorated. The view on the town, the Harbour and the sea is amazing. The location of the apartment is perfect, near the shops, the Harbour and the beach.

The apartment was perfect. The duvets were a little warm for this time of year. Enjoyed visiting St Ives and the surrounding national trust properties. Would recommend this property but not suitable for those that have difficulty climbing hills and steps.

The Apartment was fantastic cant fault it, excellent view point made good use of the Balcony for most of the good weather we had. The walk upgives ur legs and knees a good workout lol. Apartment was well equiped and would def stay there again.Our only downside was the plantbox seperating 2 apartments on the balcony no.privacy needs proper seperation.

Lovely flat with epic views and great location. Information pack was really useful and appreciated the guidance notes on parking and restaurants etc. prior to our arrival which was really thoughtful. I would definitely recommend and use again :)
