Next to the apartment there is the Sant Alvise vaporetto stop connected to the main places of Venice and direct to the island of Murano. To the side of the apartment there is a gym and a playground for children and adults with a theater there is a swimming pool and rowing. Near theapartment there is the Casino, bars and restaurants and the Jewish Ghetto. The apartment has an entrance hall, living room with double sofa bed, open kitchen with television, stereo, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Very out of the way neighbourhood while still being in Venice properly. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. The unit itself is dated and old. Bed is uncomfortable and comforts like pillows are sparse to say the least. The price was appropriate compared to the alternatives. No wifi and cell data barely works in this unit. Shower is plugged and the clothes washer didn't really wash the clothes.

Ludovica was wonderful and very accommodating, she was a fantastic host and very kind. The place was charming, well priced and in a very safe and beautiful neighbourhood close to the boat tax so it was easy to get around. We were very pleased with the apartment however if I have a complaint it would be that there was no internet even though the listing said there was and there was a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen but all in all it was good.

This place is nice for those who like the special mood of Cannaregio . Home is in close distance to the boat stop, supermarket, 20-25 min. walk to the Central station. Very nice tiny garden. Apartment is best suitable for 2 persons. It was easy and very pleasant communication with the owner.
