Apartment THE VIEW - PERFECT LOCATION

Martina's property is a must if looking to stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment is nice, easily fitted 5 adults and 2 children. What makes this apartment more than nice is when you open up any of the doors from any room and have a sea view. Having a coffee in the morning or a wine at night and able to see Locrum island and the surroundings makes this apartment have the wow factor. We have a 5 and 7 year old, the walk to Old town was 20minutes and had plenty of benches on route, and a nice coffee shop within the university. It is also 20 minutes in the opposite direction to the port. We walked everywhere but there are easy links with buses and Uber. The location of this property puts you in the heart of everything.... but nothing can beat laying in bed with the doors open and a view and sound of the sea. Martina was very responsive, and assisted in airport transfers. I can not fault this property or Martina as a host...... definitely will stay again.

Fantastic location, easy walk to Old Town, and Dubrovnik Port. The views from the apartment are utterly beautiful. The host is very responsive and welcoming.

Lovely place overloooking the sea with pristine views. Martina was a great host - very responsive and helpful. The apartment is large and very comfortable and is about 20 mins walk to the outskirts of Old Town. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Martina’s place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed but still peaceful. Martina was a kind and responsive host who made sure we felt welcome. We’d definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is small and simple but nice. The is small kitchen and doubles as a dining room. As long as you are just doing basic meals, it should be fine. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. There is only air conditioners in one bedroom and the living room. This seems odd considering the hot summers. We actually ended up bringing 3 of our 5 kids into the bedroom with air conditioning because they were too hot to sleep. Adding air conditioners to the other rooms would be a good idea. The host did provide a fan when we asked for one. Parking is very challenging as the road is narrow and steep. This is not the host’s fault but something to consider if you are going to rent a car, as we did.

This place was fantastic. The balcony and view is exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen has all you need for cooking a variety of meals (we did) and the refrigerator kept drinks super cold! Beds were comfy and the lines soft and clean. the living room was large and accommodating and the two side by side bathrooms were convenient to use simultaneously. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Dubrovnik and would visit Martina's other properties without hesitation.

The place is in a sweet spot! Very accurate description of unit and host communication is easy. Kitchen fully stocked with what you need to make your own meals. Only downside is that you have be careful not to walk too loudly as the downstairs neighbour gets angry quickly.

Perfectly located appartment, just a 10-minute walk from the old town! Very comfortable and clean — it was the ideal place for our group of 7. The host was also very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend it!

The view from the place was phenomenal. Although the lane was not suitable for our car, we found the plac eto be great!

The location of the apartment is excellent: we enjoyed our walks to the old town even though we were with a toddler. The view is breathtaking: all three bedrooms have a sea view with access from all three to the L-shape balcony. Martina was always prompt to reply to our requests. Our stay was fantastic.

It was our first time in Dubrovnik and I chose this place due to the view and it did not disappoint. The views were amazing either way outdoors seating to enjoy a peaceful morning or to watch the sunset. The host was very lovely and communicated well as well as being available when reached out to. The only thing to note is that the property is down a hill walk so it is good to know if someone has trouble with uphill walking or requires easy access. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property made our trip even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderfull week in Martinas appartment. Our check in was a bit delayed, but everything was nice and clean on arrival. The appartment definitely lives up to its name, the view is beautifull! It’s only a short walk to several small supermarkets, the bus-stops and some nice restaurants. We used the bus a lot to get around, it was very easy. If we had any questions through the week, the property management team always answered quickly. We would definitely come back.

Great place for a group of friends. Walking distance to the old town, great area to swim below, great view and balcony much bigger than in pics!

I recently stayed at this stunning property and was blown away by the breathtaking views! The wrap around balcony offered incredible scenery, from sunrise to twilight. The host was extremely kind and offered quick responses , and the place was immaculate and well-equipped. Perfect for a peaceful retreat yet close to local attractions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a picturesque getaway. Can't wait to return!
