Located in a quiet residential area, just 3 km from the historic centre of Garda and the splendid shores of Lake Garda, the Sole Apartment is the perfect choice for a holiday focused on relaxation and convenience. During your stay, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool all year round, the sauna and the gym.



The apartment, finely furnished, is located on the second floor of a modern newly built residence, equipped with a communal swimming pool and a large fully enclosed greenarea.

The Residence consists of 3 units, of which only 2 are rentable, and two covered parking spaces are available reserved for Apartment Sole.



Living area

The entrance opens onto a corridor leading to the living area and kitchen.

The living room is elegantly furnished and equipped with a dining table for four people, a sofa and a satellite TV. Outside, on the lake-view terrace, there is also a table with 4 armchairs for outdoor dining.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and microwave oven, to ensure maximum comfort during the stay.



Bedrooms

The first bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a satellite TV and access to the side garden through a French window.



The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, and offers direct access to the terrace with a lake view.



The apartment is completed by a spacious bathroom with a shower.

It is also equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV and a washing machine.



Exterior

One of the strengths of the Sole Apartment is the outdoor area, designed to offer a total relaxation experience.

Common swimming pool with sunbeds available to guests, perfect for enjoying the sun in peace in a green and private setting. The pool is heated and reaches up to 27 degrees.

The communal garden is carefully maintained and completely fenced.
