Stayed Oct 10, 2025The accommodation & setting within the walls was nice. There was insufficient heat but I was told the historic town limits the setting for heat so understandable. Also could not get the WiFi to work after repeated attempts & different passwords provided. The biggest issue was over initial access and closeout which stemmed from misunderstandings from not having someone fluid in English, dealing with a 3rd party who was working for a concierge who was not in town. I believe the owner & concierge were well-intentioned. Just some misunderstood requirements.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024Wonderful stay in one of the oldest buildings in Saint Malo. The old town is small and walkable. The apartment is so charming with plenty of room. It was very clean, had a large kitchen and would be a great spot for families or friends to stay. The hosts met us when we arrived and left. They were so lovely.
