We renovated a pottery studio behind our garage to create this unique apartment space. Guests have off-street parking and a private outdoor space with grill and fire pit. Stayed Oct 3, 2025One of my favorite rentals I've ever stayed at! They thought of everything! I didn't have my pets with me but I noticed pet bowls and even a dog bed tucked under the bed. There was a beach kit with towels, games and books. Everything felt so thoughtful. I loved the setup and I felt so at home immediately. The private yard is wonderful too! My only complaint is the size of the shower but I understand there isn't much to be done about that, just be aware it's very very small. I will absolutely be staying here again next time I visit the area!

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Love this little place lots of nice touches. Beach towels, beach cooler. Great coffee, comfortable bed. If you’re a large person in the shower might be small but otherwise perfect. Love the location close to Brunswick downtown.

Stayed Apr 1, 2025A nice place for a place to rest at the end of a day exploring Brunswick and areas around. Walking distance to Bowdoin campus and Maine St restaurants was very nice. Only downside was the VERY delicate toilet and the already referred to tiny shower.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024Our overall stay was great. But like other guests have mentioned the shower is too small. And you can't move the shower head. I don't wash my hair every time I take a shower and there was no way to take a shower without my hair getting wet. Loved the location and bed was very very comfortable.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024Great, cozy apartment in Brunswick; close to Bowdoin College. Comfortable bed, and nice outdoor table for breakfast were nice features for this converted studio. The A/C worked fine, and the host put together a basket of beach towels and other items ready to take to the beach. The shower was a little small, but it all worked out well. We would happily stay again.
