Apartment Livorno center

The host was very friendly. He provided us with much information regarding the city. He called us a cab when we were leaving and watched to ensure we got away okay. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless. I would highly recommend this apartment to others.

We had a great time in Fabrizio´s apartment in Livorno. The apartment is within walking distance to the city centre, beautifully decorated, very clean and also has a dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. This deserves a top rating without any doubt!

Our stay in Livorno has truly surpassed all of our expectations. We have really loved staying in this wonderful apartment, it really did feel like our home during the month that we stayed and appreciated the amenities that it provided us. We came to realize that this apartment is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood of Livorno with many local conveniences like the PAM Supermarket and Bakery just 100 meters away. Fabrizio and Patrizia are very warm and thoughtful hosts.

The apartment was as we expected from the several photographs posted. The owner Fabrizio was very welcoming, showed us the apartment and explained some of the features that we needed for our 2 month stay. Both he and his wife were very gracious in recommending some of the sites in Livorno worth a visit such as the various museums and the Sanctuary in Montenero, a short bus ride from the center. Te apartment was situated near mini supermarkets, coffee bars, restaurants and close to the shopping areas. All in all we have very much enjoyed our stay in Livorno, certainly worth a stay for awhile.

Great location in lovely neighbourhood close to all amenities - grocery, shops, restaurants, parks and museums. Walk to seaside. Beautiful long boardwalk and port side views. Watch the ships, yachts, and sailboats come and go. Small enough city to walk to everything, good bus transportation if necessary. Close to Pisa and Lucca and Florence and other towns of interest. Very friendly and open people.

The apartment is light and airy. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has practically everything you need to cook and eat at home. There is a small balcony that looks out over the back with views of gardens. There is a well stocked supermarket close by and 6 minutes away is a nice square with a selection of cafes, one sell a fabulous array of pastries. We really enjoyed staying here and Fabrizio was a very responsive host even took me to the station.

Fabrizio was a great host and the apartment was so clean and beautiful. A great location and great facilities. Fabrizio has everything you need. The balcony is beautiful and so is the bathroom. The walk to the port is only 10-15 minutes and the walk into the centre of town is only 10 minutes away. Livorno is a great city and this was a great apartment. Only two small criticisms: 1. The WiFi wasn’t working properly, I think the password was wrong? 2. In the internet listing I though there would be three separate bedrooms, but there are only two separate bedrooms. Apart from that it was lovely,

The hosts live in the building and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful!! The apartment is very comfortable and has all of the amenities one could want. Close to groceries, shops, restaurants. Livorno is an underrated community!

To put it simply: A stunning and lovely apartment, clean, open and equipped with absolutely everything. The host, Fabrizio, is uncomplicated, friendly and always helpful. Thank you for a wonderful time in Livorno and the Toskana! :)

We really enjoyed staying at the appartment. It is very cosily furnished and has all the amenities that you need to feel home. The appartment is well maintained and the house is located at road that is not to busy. The bedrooms are located in the back of the unit not facing the road. The high ceilings and generally more genorous layout provides enough space for a small family without standing on each other's feet all the time. Most of the sites in Livorno are in walking distance of 10-15 minutes. If you feel like beach resort with long sand beach it's just a 15 minutes drive away too. Of course we were here during Easter time, so the beaches are empty and yet you can grab a sunchair and a drink as some of the bars are starting to open up. For us this is just perfect combination switching between a bustling town and beach holiday. For those who are interested in freshwater fishing I can recommend Laghi Malvado just 20 Minutes drive direction to Pisa, this is really nice outdoor spot with a bit of a challenge to catch all types of fishes. The carpark that is provided with an extra fee was also good, because it is on a separate premise with gates that are operated with a remote control. Not a tiny one too, no need to park near the road. Communication with owner and family was very pleasant. We would definitely consider staying again here when visiting Livorno. This lovely apartment was a super base to discover all that Tuscany has to offer. The apartment was spacious, clean and beautifully furnished and Fabrizio a delightful and attentive host.
