Apartment in villa with stunning scenery and swimming pool

Our family of four including two children 9 and 11 years had a fantastic, relaxing time at Gualdo Cattaneo. Our hosts welcomed us on arrival and gave us all the information we needed to find horse riding schools, hire a good quality racing bike locally at amazingly reasonable rates and went beyond the call of duty, so far as to help us back in to the property when we locked ourselves out and to contact lost property and retrieve our lost items from the airport. The property is a beautiful old stone house, with out building containting table tennis, large lawns and a pool. Furniture is traditional but all good quality. A large terrace for each of the apartments meant we had privacy even though there was another family nearby. A fabulous place, great service and recommendations from the owner. So many fabulous hill forts and places to visit. Umbria is a beautiful, green, hilly an der hugely historic place with amazing food, weather and people. We would happily return and rate this holiday as excellent.

This property affords completely private surroundings, feels secure and has a beautiful, well maintained garden. The pool is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the cool, old stone house with thick, cool walls. Even in heat wave it was definitely cool, fresh, quiet, and guaranteed a good nights sleep. The interior of this house is clean and comfortable like a four star hotel. The managers are very accommodating to our needs, service-minded, informative and friendly.

It is a very good equipped house which Is perfect for a family. The rooms are clean and with very fine furniture. The ample garden perfect for sunbathing. The site Is perfect for visiting all places ant towns in Umbria. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
