Apartment in the heart of Venice, between Rialto and San Marco, beautiful, elega

Sara was very welcoming and super helpful.

Everything about this apartment was perfect. Location, decor, bed, linens, Sara who met us and helped with questions. Fabiola has created one magical tasteful space from which to enjoy days in Venice.

Comfortable quiet apartment off a nice square. Excellent bed. Sara was friendly and responsive.

House was located central to all areas. Host and especially Sara were extremely helpful in making sure that we had a comfortable and wonderful time. Highly recommend the property.

Great location and apartment layout was excellent. It was a little hard to find, so be sure to ask for street level directions before you arrive. Host(s) were very attentive and willing to help when asked.

Very easy check in process after a long day of travel!

This place was perfect for us. It’s off the beaten path so you don’t get tons of traffic, but a quick walk to the main canal and the main sites in Venice. We really liked the courtyard with coffee shops and restraints that’s literally just around the corner. Also other courtyards that are just a few minutes walk, away from the touristy areas and primairly locals. The check in/out was seamless, friendly, and great communication. The apartment was clean and the views of the park were a great bonus.

Wonderful apartment to stay in for family vacation.

Overall this is a great apartment. The location is perfect. Close to everything but very quiet. There are thoughtful touches throughout the property. However, there are a few big inaccuracies in the property description. The bed is an American queen not a king. There is a bath tub, but no hot tub. There is no laundry on sight. Really enjoyed the apartment. Just great.

Great location, clean apartment

Very quiet and peaceful. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but just steps away from shops and restaurants.

We had an amazing time in the beautifully decorated and extremely well-located flat. We stayed 8 nights, time enough to discover the parts of Venice that 2 or 3-day travellers miss.The flat is located just off Campo Santa Maria Formosa in a very calm and resting alley.It is ideal to walk anywhere in the city and offers all the equipment one needs. The bed was very comfortable and the sitting room very pleasant.The communication was great at all times and recommendations for local restaurants greatly appreciated.Thank you.

We are so happy we picked this apartment to stay in during our time in Venice. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was the perfect place to put our feet up and relax after wandering the city streets.

Nice size apartment with two bathrooms, sitting room, kitchen, and bedroom (with a bathroom). Nice lighting in the kitchen and sitting room with big windows overlooking a green courtyard. Very private location and walking distance to all the sites in Venice. Off a great bustling square, but down an alleyway where it is quiet and private. Restaurants everywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a deep cleaning. Other than that, it is a great place.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a nice quiet location away from the main tourist spots, but not too far to walk to them. Loved this place....it was a little piece of heaven for us!

The apartment was a very cute and comfortable property with a terrific location close to sights and very nice restaurants. Our stay in Venice at this central property exceeded all our expectations.

We loved staying at this apartment in Venice. It was our first Venice visit and it was amazing. Our host Sara was excellent! There was a one day Vaporetto strike on the day we arrived and Sara took the initiative to communicate right away with alternative transport options. She booked us a private water taxi which was waiting when we arrived. Thank you Sara! The only small issue was when we requested an extra sheet for the second bed and was told we’d have to pay exta. I thought that kind of request should be included in the rental cost.

I was there to go to biennial and truly the best location you can have. Sarah was very prompt although we had a little miscommunication at the end, everything was perfect. Only thing that I was confused was that on the website there was a white couch but it was not a white couch. Also it was much more dated than what it looked like in the photos. I would prefer a better comforter that a sheet and at blanket .

Great location if you want a peaceful oasis away from the maddening crowd. I’ve been to Venice six times and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The host was impeccable. The apartment was charming with two bathrooms with a charming view of the garden next door. Highly recommended.

This was a very quiet area with few tourists, and within walking distance of the places we wanted to go. The apartment is lovely and spacious, clean and well supplied. Sara communicated with me using WhatsApp, which was very convenient. She told me how to find a laundromat and a nail salon in addition to suggesting her favorite restaurants. We had a wonderful time in Venice.
