Apartment in the Castello district near the Biennale

Everything promised and more. Beautiful, clean, quiet, residential location close to all shopping and cultural sites. Sweet and helpful host. Fine for short stays, even better for longer stays. We’ve already booked our stay for next year. Only caveat, listing shows 3 people can stay, but host doesn’t really want more than two.

Fabulous place! Loved the wood and marble floors. Great location in quiet neighborhood. Ricardo was a nice host.

We had a realy nice stay in venice. The Apartment is quiet and made our stay very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay in the apartment in Castello! The pictures don’t do it justice, everything was very high spec and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want and the bathroom was perfect. The district of Castello is a very good location as it was very peaceful and quiet, away from all the tourist crowds of San Marco but close enough to walk anywhere. Riccardo’s friendly father met us at Arsenale boat station and took us to the apartment. We even had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge and some delicious biscotti! When we return to Venice we would definitely stay in the Castello apartment again. Thank you for a very welcoming and happy stay!

We were in Venice to install an art exhibition and to see the biennale. The location is close to the Arsenale and the Giardini. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. We had an incredible meal at Nevodi, if you want to go there be sure to make a reservation. It worked out perfectly for us.

One of the most tranquil and clean accomodations I have stayed at. Convenient pick up from the vaporetto stop. The apartment is spacious and has a very well equiped kitchen. The host also provided some handful basics like crackers, tea, coffee, water etc. The host responds very quickly and friendly. The checkout was flexible. We had a wonderful stay. The neighbourhood is quiet but bars and restaurants are just a 4 minute stroll away.

Riccardo and his father couldn't do more to make us at home. They met us from the boat, showed us to the apartment, pointing out the location of attractions and amenities on the way, and then explaining all about the apartment. They even gave us a bottle of prosecco and some biscotti to welcome us. The apartment is really well located, easy to get to the main attractions and in a lovely quiet street. Because it has been refurbished by the owners it seems that they really understand what people need to make their stay comfortable, even including spare umbrellas by the front door for the occasional rainstorms you get.
