Apartment in Spain near Beach & City Center

Overall, the property is in a good location in Llafranc as it is walkable to the beach and a small supermarket. It was generally clean inside, although we encountered ants in the kitchen. It was big enough for four people but may feel a bit tight for six. However, this is the least equipped place I have ever stayed in. I have never come across an extra charge for bed linen (and then you make the beds yourself) and towels. But even if I had, we had to purchase our own bin bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry detergent, cooking oil and more. We had to pay for towels but there was no dish cloth to dry dishes. This property only works if you are driving and bringing your entire home with you. Every private rental I have ever stayed has at least provided some of these basics. There is also no air conditioning or fans unless you're willing to pay to rent a fan. As the apartment is on the ground floor it depends on whether you're comfortable having the windows open at night. The listing does not explain that you will have to find street parking and good luck if you're here in summer. The apartment is also located halfway up a steep dirt track that would be impossible to use if you have mobility issues. It is also mostly unlit. Two of my family members fell using this track. The table and chairs on the patio need to be replaced. The sunloungers by the pool have all sunk and despite advising two of our lights were not working, they did not get fixed.

Photographer has put a good show on. Place is dated, basic, damp and poorly kept. Paid 150E cleaning fee only to be told to put all laundry in a pile and paid 16E per person for towels and bed linen I wouldn't have given to a charity shop. With 4 layers of booking agents access and complaints not addressed. I wouldn't recommend for people with walking difficulties or toddlers with substandard steps to pool and unlit footpath to gate. Sunloungers are dirty and sagging. Checking in information from Belvilla was inaccurate and local agent not very accommodating nor addressed concerns with property. Such a shame as the location is perfect.

A practical choice for our vacation, The apartment had everything we needed, from the fridge to the coffee machine, It was easy to feel at home here, especially with the cozy living area and TV for downtime,

Perfect for a family vacation! We were six people, and there was still plenty of space, The terrace was lovely for morning coffee, and we enjoyed the nearby restaurants and beaches, Clean, comfy, and just a lovely vibe all around
