Stayed May 18, 2025This was our 4th time we stayed at this property and it is just as awesome as the last 3. It as clean, easy to find, great communication with the owner and best of all is the location. Near the Vatican and with the subway entrance literally in right at the front door, you can reach all the sights in minutes.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024Property was VERY clean and comfortable. Emy the housekeeper was amazing and very helpful. Fabio was very easy to communicate with, responsive, and helpful. Only issue was the lift. If someone did not close both sets of doors the lift could not be called and used. Walking up 5 flights of stairs to the third floor after a day at Colosseum and Palatine Hill was rough on the legs. I would stay here again based on our experience

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Fabio was “fabulous”. A wonderful host with a lovely apartment. He took time to show us a few restaurants close by and a place to get groceries. The apartment was in a great location for getting around. It was the ideal setup for our family of 10 people. We highly recommend booking this place.

Stayed May 27, 2024Great for a large group. We had 9 people. 5 rooms and 6 bathrooms made it comfortable for everyone. 15 minute walk to the Vatican. Lots of places to eat in the immediate area. Fabio was great checking us in and giving us a few pointers about the neighborhood
