Outstanding location with views of Monico and the Mediterranean Sea.The apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable.Patrick, the concierge and his wife were friendly and extremely helpful.This is our second stay in Jean-Luc’s apartment, and we hope to return.Mabel and Glen, Canada.

Our stay in the apartment was excellent. Everything we needed was there making it quite like home. The views over the Mediterranean Sea were wonderful, each morning enjoying our coffee on the large balcony. Good location, close to Menton and all the great restaurants by the sea. Jean-Luc was very helpful, as was Regis the custodian. Looking forward to a return visit, perhaps next year. Excellent overall. Mabel and Glen

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, easy apartment. Unfortunately it was a heat wave and the air conditioning was a little weak for the whole apartment, but the owners and concierge provided great fans and we were happy and cool. The easy access to the pool and sea also helped to cool us down! Would go back any time.

Nice very light apartment, ideal for 2, well possible for 4. On a corner of the apartment building on the first floor. Two terrasses catching sun from morning till evening. Includes garage in the basement. Furnished in classic style with many paintings/drawings and antique furniture. Modern kitchen. Elevator reaching basement and apartment. The strongest point is the magnificent view on Monaco. Pool with this view available in summer. On the terrasse you only hear the sea. No road noise! Gated entrance provides safety in this well kept residence. Very good concierge. Nice contact with owners. Bakery in 500 metres, Intermarche and many shops in Menton, large Carrefour in Monaco-Fontveille.

Our whole family enjoyed beeing in this apartment. We felt very comfortable and at home. We loved the style, the view, the interior. We will come back soon!

They say first impressions count, on entering the beautiful apartment you are not disappointed... The quality and style is superb throughout, and when you step out onto the spacious balconies (There is two of them) you will having the pleasure of one of the finest views in Southern France, looking across the bay at Monaco with it''s stunning mountain back drop... We had a great time, the pool easily viewed from our balcony was an excellent residents only facility and was meticulously maintained.... Add in the peace of mind of being in a gated residence with allocated garage for those of us who enjoy travelling about by car. Cannot recommend this Gem of a holiday location highly enough...
