Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful time here. The owners were there and showed us around. It was clean, and looks just like the pictures. There was enough room for the kids to enjoy themselves. Would stay there again. Close to many winter activities! Many thanks.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have spent 7 days in Appartement Frischmann in Oetztal in March 2012. This was a very pleasant stay in Austria. Appartement Frischmann offers good living conditions for a reasonable price, with beautiful landscapes around. From Umhausen you can easily reach ski resorts within max 30 min (Soelden, Obergurgl), furthermore you can spend some time on hiking as there are many walking routes around (e.g. to see beautiful Waterfall - Stuibenfall, visit Niederthai, etc.). Owners of the Appartment are very friendly and helpful, they treat guests with attention. Appartement can be easily booked via internet, the contact is very good. The offer is well presented on the website of the appartement and is in line with reality. The Apaprtement is in good condition, clean and equipped with fresh bed linen and towels (towels are changed once during a week). There are all useful household appliances on place. Appartement offers place for max 8 people, but in our opinion this should be max 6 people, as there is only one bathroom in it. Summing up Appartement Frischmann is a very good offer for people who would like to spend holiday in Oetztal for a reasonable price. We would recommend it our friends as a place to spend holidays.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A good flat with all comfort. Only two remaks, A small tv and dangerous stairs. Frindly guestfamily. We go back this winter

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We spent at the apartment one week for ski in Oetztal. Location is good if you have a car - 15min drive from Soelden ski resort, 5min drive to Aquadome.
