Apartment/ flat - Venezia

The apartment itself was nice and comfortable, but there were a few drawbacks. The washing machine doesn’t have a drying function, which was inconvenient. The biggest issue, however, was the noise — every evening from around 6 PM to 11 PM, people gathered right outside the entrance, drinking and talking loudly due to the bar across the building. It made it very difficult to for the kids to sleep before 11PM.

Comfortable place when travelling with two children.

This was a nice apartment in an off the beaten path location. Grocery store just around the corner and several restaurants nearby. Easy walking distance to all Venice has to offer.

The apartment is beautiful, with outstanding location close to everything, and all the amenities one could want or need. We are 5 adults and had plenty of space also. Chiara is a wonderful host, so much attention to detail and service, helpful advice, and warm reception and excellent communication on everything. We had a fantastic stay — 5 stars plus! Grazie tantissimo Chiara!

Flat was in a great location near a lively, untouristy square. Note that you will need to carry suitcases not only up the one flight of steps to the flat but also over at least two bridges on the way to the flat. Restaurant next door was noticeably noisy but quieted down by 10pm. Flat was well appointed and comfortable.

Met my expectations

The apartment was a good location easy to walk everywhere. Plenty of room for our family of 4 including daughters. The apartment is across from a bar/restaurant so it was noisy in the evening until midnight. At midnight, the customers leave and it is quiet. The crowd at the bar/restaurant was respectful and not a problem to walk through them to get into the apartment. Just a bit loud for a few hours when we wanted to rest.

Near a Campo with lots of locals, several good restaurants, gelato, grocery store. As mentioned in some reviews, lots of noise at night from the bar next door. Only 11 minute walk to train station, 5 minute walk to Vaporetto (water bus)

Great location. Can walk basically anywhere on either side of grand canal! Kitchen equipped nicely, although we did not use it. Close to a few nice restaurants and a bakery, grocery store. I was stressed about access and was kindly sent photos with step by step instructions. The beds and bedding could be nicer, but were adequate. Something to note that was not in the info is that there is a very noisy bar right across the walkway, and patrons spill out in sidewalk, smoking and drinking. It can be loud but it stops pretty close to 11 pm every night, so it was not a problem for us. And the patrons were friendly. However, if you have little ones, it might be an issue. Having the washer was convenient. No dryer but there was a drying rack. All in all it was a good stop. It could be fabulous with just a couple changes.

We liked the are in a residential non-tourist part of town. 2 Restaurants on the narrow street just below our windows were noisy till 11:00 pm but sounded like fun. Easy access walking to everything. Nice central location for getting the vibe of Venice without the tourist hype.

Very cute apartment. It had everything we needed. Large kitchen that is very well stocked if you wanted to dine in. Nice large living area to gather in. Excellent restaurant across the street. We would recomend booking here.

This isn't your typical budget rental. The owner has exquisite taste, and the apartment is beautifully renovated. It features wooden floors, huge windows, and stylish high ceilings. Since we are a family of five with young children spending a week in Venice, we needed to have all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a functioning shower. We were pleased to find that they were all working well. The property manager was very responsive, and we really appreciated the opportunity to have an early check-in and a late check-out. One slight downside was the cigarette smoke near the building entrance (a popular cafe is right in front of it). However, this apartment is still a gem, and all the pros outweigh this small con.

A wonderful location. The Apt is Ideal for a couple or small family. Third or fourth stay here. Improvements to the AC made this our very best stay yet!
