Apartment/ flat - Venezia

Every thing was good except the noise at night We needed to use our noise canceling headphones to sleep

The apartment was in a fabulous lively location right next to the Rialto bridge. Fabiana was a great host, she even came and collected us from the river taxi. I would definitely go there again.

This is the best equipped and cleanest apartment we have ever rented! Fabiana emailed us very clear instructions on ways to get from the airport to where she would meet us at Rialto; she met us at the vaporetto stop and led us to her quiet location just steps away from Rialto. She really cares that you have a wonderful time and even left us some snacks and loads of info on Venice . There are many restaurants and grocery stores close by. We will definitely stay here on future visits to Venice! Thanks for everything, Fabiana! We had a wonderful time!! Eric & Susie

Fabiana was a perfect hostess meeting us at the boat from the airport and quickly getting us settled. The apartment was spacious and VERY clean. Well appointed with all the amenities we could desire. Excellent location for exploring Venice, while still being able to have privacy. It can be a bit noisy until around midnight, but nothing excessive and certainly no worse than other locations in Venice. Overall amazing experience and look forward to our next stay!

We were met at the vaporetto stop by Fabiana who was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, from enquiry to booking and arrival. The apartment is in a quiet part of the Rialto area and is very central for anything you wish to do in Venice. The apartment itself is bright, clean, spacious, well maintained, modern and well equipped. Fabiana had obviously put a lot of thought into making the stay here as easy and as comfortable as possible. The wifi in the flat was a great help and much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again when we next visit Venice.

Very well situated in the center of venice, near rialto bridge the apartament is tidy & great, and everything ok as new. It is really confortable for two people, and the owner has taken care of all possible details: in the kitchen (even breakfast ready for one/two days!), bathroom , dining room and bedroom Fully recomendable !

Wonderful location...clean, bright and airy apartment with a comfy bed and sofa bed with everything you could need for a super holiday in Venice. The owner was lovely and we had a breakfast basket waiting for us on arrival- and she collected us from the boat. Everything just super duper!
