Apartment/ flat - Venezia

It was a quick trip to Venice, but the accommodations were just what we needed. Very close walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the train station. Our host Fabiano was fantastic. Would recommend staying here if you’re visiting Venice.

Our host greeted us and gave us a complete tour of the condo. Told us where everything was and explained how everything worked. Showed us map of the area and we're we could find find anything we needed. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone coming to Venice, Italy

Very clean and nice to have 2 bathrooms. Super nice to not have to carry suitcases over any major bridges to get from the train station. Air conditioning was very appreciated. Owner was very accommodating and helpful with arrival.

Our family of 4 adults had a great stay at Fabiano's place. Frederika met us promptly and got us set up. The place is modern, the two bathrooms were great to have, a/c was helpful and we were able to cook some of our meals in the pullman kitchen. Fabiano is an excellent host and communicates very well. An easy walk from the train or Piazzale Roma but off the beaten path and quiet.

My wife and I spent part of honeymoon in Venice and this rental unit was in a amazing location, close to the train station and a casual 30min walk the St Marks Square. The apartment was a two level loft and it was very well kept. We loved the location because when we wanted some quiet time this apartment is far away enough off the main street to accomplish that. Fabio and Fredericka were very much on top of our arrival and willing to answer any questions/concerns we may have had. I would highly recommend this rental property if your are a new or seasoned traveler to Venice. Just be prepared to do a lot of walking because vehicles are not allowed on the island. Odell

We three Finnish ladies have passed an excellent spring holiday in Fabiano's appartment. We made a good choice, everything was even better than we expected, the appartment is new, clean, silent, in a quite street and still in the center, 5-10 minutes by walk from the railway station. We came by train, so we did not need to take a vaporetto to go home. We can warmly recommend this apartment to our friends. Thank you Fabio!

The flat is 5 minutes' walk from the Grand Canal, modern, spacious and well-appointed, with central heating, air conditioning and plenty of hot water. It even has a proper oven with a gas hob, which we loved as we enjoy cooking in the evenings. Everything was scrupulously clean and the bed and sofa are both comfortable. You do hear some noise from the flats on either side, but it stops by bedtime. The owner, Fabiano, is possibly the kindest and most helpful host in the business, who goes out of his way to makes things easy. He replied quickly to our email questions, and after we arrived he quickly supplied a couple of items we British find it hard to manage without, for example a toaster! We have no hesitation in recommending this flat.

Nice stay in Venice in Fabiano''s appartment. Very clean and quiet, well equiped, perfect location next to the station and Grand Canal.
