Apartment 'Flaminia Terrace' with Balcony, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

A few steps from beautiful Piazza del Popolo, this nice apartment, with a vintage feel, is the ideal starting point for visiting the Eternal City. And then its delightful terrace is an added value to your stay in Rome.



The space

The apartment was my grandmother's house, so it still has a vintage and lived-in feel. It has a bright living room with a dining table which leads to the terrace, a large bedroom with access - also - to the terrace and a comfortable kitchen thatdevelops in length (like a rectangle!). You'll also find a coffee machine, a television, and a dedicated workspace. The bathroom is very bright and has a washing machine and a comfortable shower (70x90). The 72 square meter apartment will be entirely available, please do not move objects, furniture etc. You can only use the linen provided and if necessary, we will be happy to find a solution. The heating is centralized and due to government restrictions, the switch-on times will be managed by the Condominium and mainly in the afternoon/evening. Be careful not to use multiple appliances at the same time.. such as a hair dryer, oven or AC at the same time because it could interrupt the conduction of electrical energy based on Italian standard kilowatts.



The building has an elevator and is located within an elegant condominium that also offers a small free shared parking area (finding a spot is down to luck, first come first served!). One pet is welcome for an additional fee. Please respect quiet hours between 23:00 and 8:00. Arrivals after 22:00 will incur a late check-in fee, available for an extra fee. One set of keys will be provided. We will photograph your documents for the required police registration. Events are not allowed on the property. A cleaning service is also available during your stay for a fee.



Other things to note

You will have super fast Wi-Fi with a router in the bedroom. Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom and instead in winter a central heating which will follow the schedules decided by the building administrator.
