On the first floor, you will find a spacious living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a large fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave with oven function, toaster, kettle, and a fully automatic coffee machine.

There is also a small guest toilet on the first floor. The living room features a pull-out sofa bed for two people and a 55 flat-screen TV. The terrace, equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers, along with the associated garden area, invites you to relax, play, and unwind.

A spiral staircase leads to the basement, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a box-spring bed and a large closet. A baby travel cot can be provided free of charge if required. The children's bedroom is equipped with a pull-out bed, offering two additional single beds if needed. The basement provides pleasantly cool sleeping temperatures even during hot summer days.

The spacious bathroom with natural daylight, a washing machine, and a large shower is located directly next to the bedrooms.
