The approximately 190 square meters are spread over 2 floors, each with a large balcony (south / west). The stairs are also comfortable for seniors to go. Upper floor: The very spacious living / dining area has high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and is tiled throughout and carpeted. The adjoining kitchen with cozy dining area is very well equipped and also has an access to the balcony. Lower floor: the sleeping area is divided into 2 large bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom and a small room with a sofa bed for 2 persons. Enjoy this magnificent view at any time of the day from the large balconies that offer enough space for sunbathing and inviting you to enjoy your meals outdoors. The equipment is comfortable and above average. In addition to the large living-dining area and the kitchen you have 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and another small room with double sofa bed. Only the basement is inhabited by the landlady. The location is quiet on a residential street of Waldeck.
