The apartment is arranged over the ground floor of a modern villa and comfortably sleeps four guests. The exterior has been designed for alfresco living with an expansive garden thatoffers plenty of space to sunbathe, play games, or simply unwind in the shade of the trees. There is also a private swimming pool, a sun terrace, a shady gazebo furnished with outdoor sofas, a large BBQ Grill and a covered dining area.

The property is nestled on the northwest tip of the Istrian peninsula in the picturesque village of Valica. The village is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves, making it an ideal destination for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling and nature walks.

The closest restaurant is a minute's walk away, there is a grocery store within an 8-minute drive and the ‘CUJ vino i maslinova ulja’ winery is a 10-minute drive from the accommodation.
