My property is located near the Bodensee (about 9 km) and near the Friedrichshafen Exhibition Centre (about 7.5 kilometers). Stayed Jun 27, 2024It was a quiet place in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed 3 nights in June 2024 while attending an exhibition at the Messe. Roland, the host, communicates well and all the information we needed was at hand. Dislikes: all TV channels are in German. Except a few news programs. There were quite a few mosquitos that somehow got into the flat - but that can happen anywhere in June.

Stayed Jun 8, 2020Overall the apartment met our needs, but it was a little bit further to get to the lake than expected. However if you are looking for a solid base in the region and are willing to drive 30mins each way, then its a good bet.
