Welcome to Chelston Dene Holiday Apartments. This elegant Victorian Villa, circa 1883, sits in its own spacious, beautifully tended, landscaped grounds in a quiet, peaceful area.

We welcome Singles, Couples, families with children of all ages and well behaved dogs/pets.

We are perfectly located; about 350 metres from the beach, local shops and buses while the English Riviera Leisure and Conference Centre, Torquay Harbour, the Princess Theatre and Cockington Village are just a short stroll away.
If you are travelling by train, the railway station is less than 5 minutes away.

• Each apartment at Chelston Dene is self contained, tastefully decorated and well equipped for your stay. All the rooms are checked and cleaned to the highest standard before you arrive.

BEDS -
• Apartments 1,5 & 6 have the option of a King size bed in the bedroom and the double wall bed in the living room or two single beds in the bedroom and a double wall bed.
Apartments 4,7,8 & 10 are studio apartments with double bed.
Apartments 2 is a large studio with a king size bed.
Apartment 9 is a one bedroom flat with double bed.
• All the beds are ready made for your arrival.

• Living areas are comfortably furnished and have 32 TV's with Freeview and DVD players.
• All kitchens are complete with fridge, microwave and full size cooker. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.

    The apartment was perfect for our stay with Floyd our Flat Coated Retriever. The location was perfect. We parked our Vito the day we arrived and didn't use it again until the day we left. We travelled everywhere by bus - Babbacombe, Brixham, Paignton, Dartmouth. Also short walk to Cockington Country Park. The local pub Chelston Manor has a lovely beer garden great food and lovely staff. At Chelston Dene Steve and his lovely wife Anne couldn't have been more helpful. We've booked for next year!

    A perfect location just a short walk to the local shops, amenities, train station and seafront. Excellent facilities at the apartment with everything you need for a self catering break. Steve and Anne were very accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

    I always look forward to coming down and staying ,we always have the garden chalet as we have dogs. Its only about 10 mins away from everything we need so the perfect location Steve and his wife always makes us feel welcome, there is always tea coffee and milk left for us, which is so nice .we have been there 3 years on the trot and looking forward to next year

    The apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a week's stay, it was spotlessly clean and the owners were so friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, being a stone's throw from the train station and a nice 10 minute stroll along the seafront to the harbour. Plenty of beaches nearby too. The gardens of the apartment are lovely, with plenty of outdoor seating for you to enjoy them. We will definitely be staying here again.

    We booked 2 nights, the position was ideal a short walk to the sea front. The apartment was excellent very clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need. Set in a quiet road with nice gardens also dog friendly. Anne and Steve were very helpful even a pint of milk in the fridge. Will return.

    Clean, well positioned apartment with own seating area amid communal grounds. Ideal for us with our small dog. Shower is small but bed is large and very comfortable. Location wonderful . Friendly accommodating hosts. Really enjoyed and highly recommended
