Stayed Apr 26, 2018This appartment was much larger than expected. The hostess was very friendly and everything was very clean. There's free parking at the appartment and there're two stairs to climb up, so if you're not very mobile this appartment is not advisable. There're 2 bakeries across the appartment and the supermarket is just a little bit further along the road. There's free parking at the train station and the train will take you to Hamburg in 15 minutes (buy a Hamburg card online for about 10 euros). The village is nice and quiet. Everything you need is at the appartment except dishwasher tablets, so bring your own. You can take daytrips to Hamburg, Bremen, Celle, Lunenburg, Lunenburg National Park and some memorials (Neuengamme, Bergen-Belsen) from here. I was very pleasantly surprised. I'd really recommend it!
