Apartamento Santa Faz

The flat is in a brilliant location on a really nice square with easy walking to beach and everything you could need in the beautiful old town. The only issue was the walls and floors of the surrounding flats were thin and very noisy so we didn't get much sleep.

Couldn't have a better location for a city stay. Modern conversion of a period building to provide a perfectly functional first floor, 1 bed apt. Lift, comfortably double bed, aircon sufficient crockery and a washing machine. Open the window in the main living area and you are looking over the umbrella's of the restaurants of Santa Fez Square, at the back of the townhall and just a couple of minutes level walk from the promemade. There is no balcony or french doors, the railings in the picture are the window, but the window is large with a very wide cill you can sit on. Entertaining to watch the world below, don't expect complete silence in the evenings, but the double glazing is quite good & who stays in a city centre for the peace and quiet?The bedroom is at the back. Note. The square is pedestrianised area and check in is at the hotel (taxi's can go to hotel) a hundred meteres & somewhat uphill. If you're walking think about having to carry luggage! Helpfull staff at the hotel who solved minor issues.You can store luggage there and they have a rooftop bar area. Breakfast is also served there though at a reasonable price, though I didnt try it. Recommend it.

Lovely apartment in a social square.

We had a lovely weekend break here. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to a large number of restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is very well equipped. The check in process was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend x

We stayed in the apartment for a week. It is as described and clean and tidy. The location is perfect with a lovely view into a square where restaurants at night have tables with many loud and Happy customers. The building entrance and stairwell was secure and we'll lit and felt very safe. Unfortunately some of the neighbours had a dog that on occasion barked a lot at night and there was some noise late on from returning guests etc. But has to be expected in a nice holiday destination like Alicante. We would definitely return sometime in the future if it was available The air conditioning was great and washing machine was a godsend as we were travelling light as far as clothing is concerned. Lovely staff at checking and very helpful.
