Stayed Sep 19, 2025The property had plenty of space. We had the entire first floor - Dining room, living room, den, 2 bathroom, en-suite, TV in all the rooms. I felt owners took the time to make sure guests were comfortable. I like the simple and cottage feel of this place. I didn’t realize there are long term tenants living upstairs on the second floor. Overall, I feel the place was lovely and the hosts was considerate.

Stayed Aug 25, 2025Beautiful, well maintained property right on Lake Erie. Amazing living room with a fireplace that we spent absolutely no time in because we couldn't get away from the deck and enclosed patio with bar with great views. Got to meet the owner...good dude. We will be back.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Ken was an awesome host. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house is a stone's throw away from the water, which was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025The location was great as is the access to the beach. We loved sitting out on the back deck/patio watching the sunset. Our teenagers had a great time in the lake and fishing close by. The house is dated and could use more sleeping space but then it would probably cost a whole lot more because of the location so the value was good. It was everything needed for a beach house. The owners were very responsive.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025Family loved the beach right out the back door. Beautiful sunsets, wonderful sandy beach area, back seating area to enjoy watching the kids play. House was much nicer than the photos and more roomy than we anticipated. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. Hoping to come back next year.
