Anastasia Island Getaway - Summer vibes!

Our stay was great. Rental was very comfortable and had tons of space. It was clean and quiet' for the most part. Close to so many shops, attractions, and beaches. Lions bridge is down the street a good stroll if you want to but we would suggest having a car. Only issue we had is we were woken up at 8 am with the grounds crew working out back with one employee on the balcony right off the bedroom. So glad we had the curtains closed. Great host communication. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was clean but could use more dish towels and wash clothes and hand towels.

Unit was very clean, well appointed, and roomy. Great location for downtown, the beach and FU Hospital. Our only problem was no access to national TV stations, so limited to streaming or off stations ( Fox News Raw vs, Fox News)

Fabulous Location, close to everything and could walk to town! Lauren was a Wonderful host and communicated quickly! Great place to stay, highly recommend!

Location is great! Easy distance to old St Augustine and there's a great coffee shop next door - the flamingo

This place was just average. The entrance door was not inviting(needs a paint job). Condo smells old, musty (I sneezed all weekend), lacks bakeware. Positive notes: Good location, comfortable beds and living room furniture. Host was available and responded quickly.

Great Place to stay in Saint Augustine.

Great location. About 5 minutes from the beach. Not much traffic. Cozy and comfortable also family friendly. Parking was great. Don’t have to compete with other tenants have your own area. Great host stayed in touch. Thank you had a wonderful time.

Loved location as near historical district of St Augustine and awesome seafood restaurants. Surprisingly quiet and restful, no traffic noise. Would definitely stay at Anastasia Getaway again!

This place is perfectly situated for a great visit to St Augustine! My wife and I rode our bicycles across the Bridge of Lions and all around St Augustine! I would definitely recommend the trolly tour if you have never been to St Augustine- worth every penny! The improv at Third Space was a fun evening out! This rental is close to many spots to eat and enjoy the weather! The house was clean, plenty of places to sit and relax. The host is very responsive! Usually responded in a few minutes. We will definitely visit again our next trip to St Augustine!

My husband and I love staying on Anastasia Island while we're in St. Augustine because we can walk to the amphitheater, lots of restaurants, and to the downtown historic area. We've stayed in several of the condos in this complex and they're all great. This unit is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath with both bedrooms upstairs. It also has an outside patio that's very private on the ground floor AND a nice private balcony through French doors on the second floor. The unit was fully stocked and very, very clean. We had everything we needed for a few days stay. The communication and check in process was perfect and flawless. If you're looking for an affordable area to stay in St. Augustine, look at these Flagler Ave. condos behind Mellow Mushroom. We've never been disappointed. The mattresses in this unit could've been a little more comfortable in a perfect world, but I got plenty of sleep over the weekend. Highly recommend!!

This property was exactly as advertised. The nicest thing was the location that meant that all the major things in St. Augustine from a tourist perspective were within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and completely adequate. No complaints!

We enjoyed being on Anastasia Island. It's within walking distance to some restaurants and stores etc. Close to Lion's Bridge and downtown St. Augustine. We would have liked more consideration with providing a few more basic needs such as some toiletries, a couple of cleaning products, good quality paper towels and toilet paper etc. considering we stayed for almost a whole month., not a couple of days.

Quick drive to Old Town and attractions. Convenient to major highways. Unit is clean and in safe location.

Furniture was comfortable, decor fresh, easy to walk to fun restaurants. Some trash under the beds and the back door doesnt lock, although the stick works to feel safe

Spacious, clean, well appointed and great location...had a little trouble with the electronic lock but got in person assistance within 15 minutes. Would stay again!

Hi, the place was clean and spacious. And in a good area. Very close to downtown. You can even walk there. No complaints at all! Also the host, Lauren, was great and very quick to respond to any messages we sent her!

The home was centrally located, convenient to access the city and also beaches. The host was responsive to requests and communicated promptly. The home was clean and well appointed.

Our condo was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location for all of the sightseeing activities we had planned. Unfortunately, we were there when Hurricane Helene arrived! Our host, Lauren kept in close contact with us and helped us navigate through the possibilities of the storm surge. We felt safe and informed. We plan on returning soon!

An easy walk downtown, a few miles from the beach. Everything you could want. This was our second stay here & we truly enjoyed ourselves.

This place was wonderful. If i could rate a 10 on a scale of 1-10 it would be a 15. It is located in a perfect location. Close to all the sites, almost walking distance. Within 5 minutes of the beach. The pictures of the place are true.
