Stayed Dec 14, 2022We loved the location, inside the walls; we enjoyed walking along the castle walls and wandering the twisty, old, cobblestone streets. We found excellent cafes and restaurants within Óbidos and did a day trip by bus to Nazaré. However, the 1 bathroom was tiny- it was challenging to even turn around. The bathroom sink did not have a stopper and I didn’t feel comfortable putting in and cleaning my contact lenses over that little sink. It was so small we ended up using the kitchen sink to brush our teeth, wash our faces, clean/change my contacts. The kitchen was not well equipped- it did not have the basics of salt or pepper! The property manager (FeathersHouses) was quick to respond to our concern re the bathroom sink but did not repair/install a stopper and I continued to use the kitchen sink.
