Amazing Views of Yellowstone Park & River! A 1/2 mile from YNP’s North Entrance.

Location excellent overall we were very happy to stay at this place definitely will stay again

Property has great views of the Yellowstone River and Park. It is well-furnished with lots of space and a great kitchen. Three major negatives: 1. No sound proofing between basement and upper floor. We were in the basement and could hear every footstep, noise, etc. 2. The lock on the outside door is more than a little difficult and the owner will talk down to you about it - very condescending. 3. No ADA with parking, sidewalks, and stairs. A few other nits and noise but great location and otherwise a good rental.

The property is fantastic! It is scenic, clean and comfortable! I fully expect to stay here again in the future!

We loved our spot on the river and the space was comfortable for three of us. We enjoyed the extras in the pantry and all the kitchen supplies. The view is beautiful and access was fairly simple, even though there were steps down to the rental.

Great location and accurate description, and distances to the local sites

We had an amazing stay. Great location, beautiful home and amazing views. Sara and Patrick are wonderful hosts. Very accommodating and gave great recommendations for food and things to do.

Great property with the exception of the renters above who had no respect that there were people below them. Great views, very clean, and great communication.

Great hosts

EXCELLENT location in and out of the park and walking distance to restaurants. The home was very comfortable and made for a good spot on rest days. The views are spectacular and we saw elk on the river, walking through town, and even had one bed down right outside the window. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed plus more!

Everything was very nice. Two points to consider: the dogs come down and do their business right outside the basement unit. One of our party stepped in it, not cool! Also the washer needs work on the detergent door and the main door. Everything else was in good working order and the decor, especially the kitchen was beautiful! Thank you

Great cozy apartment. Wonderful view and you can hear the river. Patrik responds promptly and is polite and helpful. They also run some adventure businesses so feel free to ask them about it. Very clean with all the amenities

Highly recommend for anyone staying for Yellowstone NP

Perfect home base for trips to Mammoth and the Lamar Valley (bears and wolf cubs for early risers!), and the town of Gardiner is delightful. Picturesque location on the Yellowstone River and the unit was spacious for four adults. Hosts were great communicators too!

We loved Gardiner & our rental was so nice! The river running next to us was beautiful! The house across the river actually had a mama and baby black bear in their yard two nights in a row! Had everything we needed in the kitchen was well stocked, only suggestion I would have is to have saran wrap and tinfoil otherwise our stay was absolutely wonderful!!

Best views in Gardiner. Rafted down the Yellowstone river, and loved it. Watched Elk swim across the river and feed nightly in the lawn across the river. We rented the lower unit, next time it will be the upper for the extra space and king size bed. The convenience of the entry into Yellowstone was perfect.

This property is clean, modern, and comfortable. It had everything we needed (shampoo, body soap, coffee, cooking oil, silverware, cookware, etc.), and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The property is about a mile from the Yellowstone entrance and was within walking distance of restaurants. The river view was fantastic. I would not recommend families with small children to stay here because the rail protecting the patio from the cliff overlooking the river could easily be breeched by a small child. Also, the property is not handicap accessible. When we first arrived, we did have trouble finding the property because the instructions were not clear. Having pointed out this minor inconvenience, we absolutely loved the property. We would certainly rebook on any future visits.Jim K

The property was very clean and updated. The location was excellent, walkable to town, and very close to the Yellowstone entrance. . However, the entry through the back gate for traveling guests was difficult to maneuver luggage through the gravel and passageway to the door was a little cluttered.

Exactly as described and right on the river. I enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning watching a small herd of elk across the river and listening to river run past. So peaceful and you could walk anywhere in town within minutes. Side note: it is the lower unit so upstairs guest can cause some noise with walking across the floor but it’s still five stars worthy in my book.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful! The view was amazing and we loved sitting outside. It was very clean and comfortable!

A great spot to relax

Great location. The view of the Yellowstone River was exceptional. We saw elk each night we sit out in the evening. check in was easy and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Gardner area.

This is a beautiful property with perfect views of the Yellowstone River and the mountains. We spent our evenings and mornings sitting out enjoying the views. This property is also walking distance to restaurants and stores. We walked to the park entrance for pictures and drove into the park with no traffic. The property owners were accommodating. We had a pleasant stay while visiting Yellowstone Park.

Everything we hoped for. A beautiful view that was close to restaurants, shops, Roosevelt Arch and the Northern entrance to Yellowstone. Clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner.

This property is just as described. It is walking distance to everything in downtown Gardiner and the Roosevelt Arch. The property is well maintained and updated. Had everything we needed. There were only 2 things to be aware of. The description says it is a bottom floor unit which means you could possibly hear the unit above. I dont know that it would have been a huge issue, but it wasnt just footsteps. The floorboards squeak as well. Unfortunately the couple above us woke early and from 5-630am everyday we heard very loud footsteps and squeaking from the floorboards. It was the same at night when my children were trying to sleep.The second is there are a decent amount of bugs that make their way into the unit. It is montana, so to be expected, but just be aware. My son was stung by something in the middle on the night while he was sleeping that caused his forearm to swell. There is not an urgent care or emergency room in gardiner so was a little worried about what might have happened if the swelling went further than his arm.

Lovely place, well stocked kitchen allowed us to make our dinner, really enjoyed the back patio overlooking the river and watch the elk.

Amazing property on Yellowstone river

Great location and views at this property. We were in walking distance to town and the property had awesome views of the river. It was very well stocked and clean with great attention to the little details. I loved that it also had a washer and dryer so that I could wash clothes during our trip. The only issue we had is that you can definitely hear the people staying above (which they do note in the description of the property). Overall, a great place to stay!

This house was perfect. The view of the Yellowstone River was incredible from our bedroom and back patio. It was incredibly close to the north entrance of Yellowstone. It was within walking distance of some very sweet part of Gardiner and great restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed three nights in the downstairs apartment and were delighted with it. Perched over the Yellowstone River with views up towards the park, the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Everything feels new and clean, the beds are super comfortable and you will find pretty much anything you might need for cooking.There is another apartment above but while we were there the sound from the tenants was not intrusive. It is a peaceful corner of town with easy walking access to the few shops and eateries (we would recommend Wonderland for their excellent food). We were three adults, and I think the place would be perfect for a family of four. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and residence. Snowy winter stay with beautiful scenery and many amenities.

The location and condition of the property was excellent. The dogs next dog were large exuberant friendly. Almost too friendly as I got knocked over. The ice at the bottom of the step was a problem. Fortunately the one fall we had did not result in an injury. I realize that the melting and refreezing that was going on made that an unusual problem but I did hope for some treatment with sand after I mentioned it. Again it’s a delightful location.

The sound and view of the river added a wonderful dimension to an incredible stay. Minutes away from Yellowstone’s north entrance. I was there to photograph wildlife and was in the park at 6:30am - 5 minutes from the perfect location.

This place is perfect for enjoying Yellowstone National Park, the Paradise Valley and Yellowstone Hot Springs. The kitchen is well stocked, clean, modern and the furniture is all comfortable. It's easy to walk from the VRBO to restaurants, Roosevelt Arch, and even into the park on the old road. The owners were great about communicating. We hope to stay here again.

We chose this property because of it’s location at the entrance to Yellowstone and in the picturesque Yellowstone River. Unparalleled views! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The property is modern and clean. Couldn’t have asked for more!

We have stayed at our share of VRBO rentals, and this one, by far, was the best stocked one we have ever stayed at. Literally anything and everything you could ever need was provided. Super comfy beds, lots of pillows! Thanks for the great stay!

The apartment ws modern, clean and very functional. Nice .location high above the river and right at the entrance to Yellowstone.

The apartment is super nice, minimalist with nice designer touches. The property itself doesn’t jump out at you, parking is tricky you can hear the folks upstairs walking around but the views and the town are so worth it!! We did the Cowboy Grille for dinner, drinks at the Iron Horse and breakfast at the Yellowstone Brew - all fantastic. We would for sure do it again.

My wife and I stayed here with another couple during a visit to Yellowstone. The property is spacious and well-appointed, and offers a beautiful view of the Yellowstone River. We hope to come back!!

This was our favorite Montana house during our 10 days visiting Glacier and Yellowstone. Girls (10) and (13) appreciated there are two single beds in the second bedroom and that they could walk to the Gardiner shops from the house. Host, Sara, helped us to schedule a horseback ride. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.

Great location and view of river.

Our check in process was smooth, the owner called me to check in and was so kind and communicative. The view was wonderful and location is perfect for entering the north entrance of Yellowstone!! Walking distance to places to eat dinner, shops, Roosevelt Arch and the Yellowstone sign. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect spot in Gardiner to stay. I would definitely recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in late July 2024. The pictures accurately represent how beautiful this property is as well as location getting into Yellowstone. I would absolutely stay here again! We had quite a visit from many Elk our last night after a rain storm, highlight of our stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The soothing river sounds and comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep!! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated! Highly recommend!
