Stayed Feb 6, 2025The property was nice. We didn’t take advantage of the pools or anything since we spent our days at MegaCon. We had the worst check in experience with Sarah. She didn’t give us a map or parking pass. Another counter person had to finish us up. It took us more than an hour to even get in our apartment,

Stayed Feb 19, 2026We appreciated how quick Steve was to respond to our request and the ease of going through the reservation process for the Westgate resort. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was very nice, clean and updated. We had a beautiful view of the lake off our balcony which we enjoyed with our morning coffee. We would stay at this location again in the future.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024My wife and I and my two children fell in love with this place, well located (between Universal and Disney), there is Walmart 1 mile away, it has a wonderful resort with swimming pools and very clean bathrooms! Very happy and dedicated employees (from the reception to the cleaners), everything very well taken care of, safe and accommodating place, the sunset is beautiful in an area full of wild animals and birds. (excellent mattress) I could write much more here if I could.5000 stars
