AMAZING Oceanfront Studio Condo with Ocean View and Pickle ball!

Steve our host was great, had the condo booked and then had to cancel the day before with Steve because of a family emergency, he was great to work with and I was able to rebook our reservation a week later with no problems. The condo is very clean and very well supplied with everything to be very comfortable. Thanks again Steve and look forward to next year.

We are familiar with the area and have been there multiple times looking for a home to purchase. This VRBO is in an excellent location with a beautiful view. You can’t get any closer to the water.Owner/property manager seems attentive. A few things were broken during our stay but appear to be getting fixed. The AC had a hard time keeping up with the heat, which is probably normal for the area and this time of year.We would stay there again.

I would highly recommend this condo for a short Cabo stay in the Los Barilles area. Although we didn't play pickleball, the courts and entire set up for pickleball is stellar. The condo itself has everything you could want, amazing balcony views, and the food at the Bayside restaurant was great.

I hesitate to write a review as would love to keep this property a secret! This had to have been one of our best VRBO stays ever. Steve’s unit is updated, spotless, and in a private location at the end of the building. The view from his unit is amazing. The property is well maintained. An added bonus is the new pickleball facility on the property. We also really enjoyed Tres Palapas Pickleball resort which was a short 5 minute drive north. There was so much to do in the area! My husband went fishing from the dock on the beach outside Steve’s unit and caught a 130lb marlin along with several dorados. It was a highlight of the trip. So fun bringing fresh fish to the various restaurants in the area to cook for us! We met such fun guests/owners of other units! Such friendly people in Los Barriles! We did not want to leave! Thank you Steve for sharing your amazing unit with us! We will be back!

We were very pleased with all the condo accommodations, it's beautiful balcony view, as well as wonderful neighbors next door and in other units there at the same. Close to local grocery stores as well as various gift shops. First few days the weather was a bit more windy than usual, this however meant that the kite surfers were out in full force. Quite fun to watch them while dining at any of the local beach restaurants. Took in the last Lack family concert too at Bay View on Sat evening, always a fun time as well. Rented a great side by side, always enjoy riding thru town, alongside beaches and thru the desert to visit fun destinations. Recommend Quad Girl for best pricing and well maintained vehicles. The grounds are always maintained and clean. Noticed a lot of new construction going on, will be interesting to see the changes next year when we visit again.

This unit was perfect for our week long stay. Quiet and right across from pool on 2nd floor. All kitchen amenities available, comfortable bed and beautiful sunrise everyday. Thank you Steve!

The condo was very clean and well decorated. The bed was firm and comfortable.With many amenities such as a coffee grinder, snorkel gear and even sombreros. The only thing I would bring is your own shampoo & soap. Great location within walking distance to town. We like eating at the restaurants at Palmas de Cortez next door. Amazing view from the balcony. Very peaceful this time of the year since it’s hot & humid. Will definitely return.

We loved our stay at Steve’s condominium: it was clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you would need. You can walk along the beach as far as you want but the beach right below the condo is great for swimming, kayaking or just relaxing. We watched amazing sunrises every morning right from the balcony. There is a nice restaurant and bar right in front of the condominium building , and many more restaurants and taquerias within a walking distance.

10/10 stay! Cute, clean & well stocked. Communication with the owner & the check in/ check out process was stellar. Pedro the property manager was present & helpful when needed. Water purification system was a huge plus. Enjoyed sunrises from the balcony & snorkeling from the private beach area. Evenings at the pool & swim up bar. Steve the owner provided lots of local restaurant tips and info.

This is one of the better condos in Los Barriles. Not one problem came up during our stay and provided everything we needed. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and clean room, nice balcony overlooking pool, beautiful ocean view. Very nice bathroom, easy access to pools and services at adjoining hotel. Excellent service and good food at restaurant right downstairs. Would highly recommend!!! Big thank you to Pedro who is so helpful and kind!
