Amazing Historic Victorian Flat with Modern Remodel, + back patio in Noe Valley

Loved our time at this apartment. Clean, spacious, and quiet. This was our second stay. The owner is also very nice to deal with.

This was our first experience with VRBO! And we are very glad it was with Robin. We were pleasantly surprised and it surpassed any expectations we held. It looked just like the picture. Very modern and up to date. The neighborhood was close to public transportation and extremely quiet. The people in the neighborhood were nice and helpful. Anytime I had questions about San Francisco, Robin was eager to help. Staying here made our experience worthwhile! We would definitely stay at Robin's place again.

I w-mile walk to Dolores Park. Close to MUNI bus stops. We used MUNI mobile to purchase tickets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Robin's apartment. Located in a wonderful quite neighbourhood and close to access public transport, groceries and take in jazz tunes at the wonderful Bird & Beckett Bookstore. We also enjoyed being able to sit outside in the courtyard in the fresh air. Great apartment Robin, I know we will return.

I'll start with the pros really nice quiet area supermarkets etc within easy reach by foot. Really easy to get anywhere via public transport. Now the cons everything in the apartment is very tired and could do with being updated. Our main concern was that the bedroom is in the same room as the kitchen only separated by a curtain it's certainly not ideal and the wardrobe to hang your clothes in is also in the bedroom although we swapped things around and hung our clothes in the wardrobe in the sitting room. We checked with the owner first and she was fine with us doing that. The other thing that was disappointing was that the outdoor waterfall was not working and we were looking forward to eating outside next to it. Overall we found the apartment disappointing

The apartment provided a delightful home base for exploring San Francisco, and it was surprisingly easy to drive in and out of the City from there. The quiet bedroom was terrific, and the apartment, bright and cheery with high ceilings and lots of character, was a wonderful combination of historic charm and modern convenience. The neighborhood was beautiful and provided the hilly exercise we expect in the City. Street parking was easier than most areas. Thank you to Robin for being a great host and leaving us lovely treats for breakfast, which made the stay all the more enjoyable.

Has everything you would need for short or long stay! Convenient location in nice neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Robin even left us some delicious breakfast items!

Robin greeted us with fruit, yogurt, butter, cream, and fresh sourdough bread soon after our (slightly early) arrival. She gave us a quick run down of the area and of the building's history, answered our questions, made sure we we comfortable and left us to our vacation. The Muni is close to catch a ride into town or just order a Lyft ride and off you go! Thank you Robin!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home, Robin! It was truly a refuge at the end of each day to come home to your quiet neighborhood, safe and peaceful. The house is so spacious, immaculately clean and has all of the amenities we could possibly want. Even the beautiful white robes you provided for us!! The beauty and stylish elegance of your property is something we will always remember, a graceful San Francisco home! The bed was so very comfortable, as well the excellent sofa bed in the living room for my son. And the kitchen had everything we could possibly want for cooking, (which we did a lot of at the end of each day). We shopped at a quaint little market nearby, and also at the Safeway, just a short walk away. Thank you so very much for the pleasant surprise of coffee cream, butter, peaches and bananas! Just what we needed to start the day!! The convenience of your house is so well located to the J Line Metro which we used every day, just 3 short blocks away, and with the use of the clipper cards, we always had excellent transportation!
