Stayed Feb 7, 2026I was hesitant to book this because it only had one bad review, but it looked beautiful. I should have trusted my instincts. It was beautiful, but the water was off and two of the three heating units didn't work. The host was responsive but the water never got fixed. We carried a bucket of water up from the basement multiple times to flush the toilets. The living room was freezing. One bedroom was warm. The master bedroom unit barely functioned and was never really warm. The radiators didn't work , probably because the water was off. The host never told us why the water was off. They promised a refund, but it hasn't happened yet, nine days later. They have stopped responding. Otherwise, nice apartment with good view, but who has white dining room chairs? They were so stained. Also, the directions have the wrong street number. It's across the street. We were able to figure out the building from the pictures. It was after all the terrible storms, so we made it work. I'm sure there were people without homes nearby.
