Stayed Apr 5, 2026Unusual and fun property. The rooms are in an old Spanish style historic building. The rooms are decorated to enhance the historical feel and the gardens and pool area in the courtyard are wonderful. The location is wonderful: very nice neighborhood, short (1 mi) drive to causeway going to SPI. Good value! I recommend!

Stayed Mar 6, 2026We’ve stayed at Alta Vista numerous times and always have a wonderful stay! The pool and courtyard are especially wonderful -relaxing and so pretty! We love the decor in all the rooms we’ve stayed in, with delightful little touches everywhere!

Stayed Apr 12, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at the Alta Vista apartments. The charming decor harkens back to old Mexico. Great color choices. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. It might benefit from a brighter bedside lamp or by adding another lamp but that's a minor detail. The pool area was very clean and adorned with beautiful potted plants. The apartments were also very quiet, making for a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Stayed Jul 5, 2023My husband and I appreciated all of the colorful decor. Very pleasant to walk out the back door into the beautiful, maintained pool area. Appreciated the cushioned pool chairs and umbrellas for shade. Unit was stocked with all that we needed. We definitely recommend this rental and will come back again.
