No Parties are permitted.

Crossing from property to property behind the fences on the bay is forbidden.

Entering any property not included in this rental is forbidden.

Please do not leave doors open while in or out of property.

Clotheslines are not permitted. Hanging laundry, towels, swimsuits from balconies and
porches, etc. are not permitted.

The HOA reserves the right to fine every violation of the rules, regulations and policies at a minimum of $500 per violation.

    This place was so beautiful and peaceful. Spacious and clean. I just wish it had more appliances such as a blender, cake mix batter, crock pots. The master bedroom mattress was a little too hard for us. Other than that the service was amazing. Very attentive on everything. I absolutely recommend the place.
