Location - Situated in theAlpine Village hamlet approx. 4km (6 min drive) from Queenstown CBD. There is a bus stop right outside the front gate, which stops every 15 mins. The apartment is approx. 3.5 km (5 min drive) from the airport. Centrally located it is approx. 30 min drive to the Remarkables Ski Area and Coronet Peak Ski Area.



Lakefront – Featuring an exclusive use outdoor entertaining area that opens onto the beautiful Lake Wakatipu waterfront. Pour a glass of wine, sit back and relax and take in the breathtaking views of the Remarkables mountain range.



Luxury - The apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a private balcony with stunning views and a luxurious bathroom with a spa bath. The second bedroom has a king bed which can also be split into 2 single beds for families. Take advantage of the self-contained kitchen, spacious open plan living and laundry facilities. Enjoy the modern and stylish interior and relax in the comfortable lounges with the ambient gas fireplace.



Layout - The apartment is split level. The entrance & garage is on level 2. Please note: A separate 1 bedroom apartment is also on this level. (If you have a large family, ask about renting both apartments). The two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are on level 3. As you walk up the stairs from the entrance the master bedroom with private balcony is on the right and the second bedroom is on the left. The open plan lounge / kitchen is downstairs on level 1 opening onto a large courtyard for unit A's exclusive use.

    You do need a car if possible but if not the taxi service was very good- the house is perfect! plenty of room and extremely comfortable in every way! everything is a 10- bedrooms bathrooms kitcheneverything!!

    This is a really nice property. As good if not better than the photos. Also, really well-equipped and nicely stocked with paper towels, salt and pepper and all the little things that make it easy. The Master bedroom is fantastic with a great view over the lake. This is a great property for longer stays with such a great location, washer and dryer, etc. I liked everything about this place and would definitely stay again.

    This was a terrific property to stay at with a family or two couples. It was very quiet and the location was superb for being located right on the bike/walking trail between Frankton and Queenstown. The kitchen was equipped very well compared to most vrbo properties. We certainly enjoyed the location and amenities during the NZ covid-19 lock down. We could walk to grocery stores in either direction, even though we had two cars, it was more pleasant to walk. The Harbour fresh fish store in Frankton made for some amazing meals during our stay. The property was clean considering it had carpeted flooring in a lot of spaces .The gas fireplace was essential on cooler days. Only suggestion is to put a mattress topper on the guest bed since it was a bit firm. Also when you list the property don't do the add on for two people, just include it in your listing , i found that a bit deceiving and would not recommend doing that in the future. Most people looking at a two bedroom will be four persons and they don't mind paying the price if you are up front about it, as no know one likes to feel they way i did not realising there was an up charge for two, too late. Thank you for making the stay at this lovely property with its tremendous views so memorable. Leslie

    What an ideal home and location. Well appointed, spectacular view, very close to Queenstown but far enough to eliminate the craziness. Hard to think of what could be improved. Loved the bike/walking trail at our doorstep. Property Manager was very available and helpful as we prepared for our arrival.
