Location wasn’t desirable, got into the house and had no internet/tv after host had let us know the TVs were slow but did work. The place is small, dark and not cozy at all… could hear planes flying low overhead and not the cleanest. Decided we couldn’t stay there-needed internet-so the host said he would refund our money. We had sat on the bed so we smoothed it out. Left the place exactly how we found it. Host messaged later and said the bed was used, toilet was used and someone had smoked so he was not giving a refund. Neither of us smoke, we did not use the bed at all and yes, we did both use the restroom but made sure to not use the hand towels or leave anything amiss. We offered for him to keep cleaning fee for the toilet cleaning but asked to please refund the rest. Not a word since. This room is NOT worth even close to 180!! We found a different place last minute for 97 in a way better area and the host was super responsive and very friendly. It was way nicer and much cleaner. Dave yourself the headache and find a different listing!

Everything was great, had a few technical issues with vrbo but the host and i got everything lined out and worked out fantastic.

Apartment was small and cozy. It was located on a nice, quiet street. The enclosed courtyard was so wonderful - it allowed you to sit outside with total privacy. Owner was easy to work with. Only problem was Wi-Fi was not working. My adult daughter and I totally enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The keyless entry to the home was not operating properly. My boyfriend thumb nail was ripped off at the corner while he was turning the knob. There was no wifi and no shower curtain. There was a damp or musty smell when we came in.The space did serve its purpose for the weekend.

Good place to stay while visiting family.

It irked me there were bugs in the bed getting in my girlfriends hair I don’t have any pictures because we left early the night we arrived

This small but cozy little house area was perfect for a couple to stay over in for a few days. We only needed to stay one night. It was easy to get to Louisville from this location. The bedroom was nice and cool. The bathroom had a neat dome in the ceiling with purple lights. I loved the purple chair in the bedroom. A box of Kleenex in the bathroom would of been helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

the location was right about being 10mins from convention center. Nice size for a couple. the bathroom was a little too quirky for me but ok. overall the place was nice and convenient.

Everything went smoothly during our stay. Good value, clean and it was nice to have some essential supplies there for us. Informative kind host. Highly recommend.

My stay was pleasant and uneventful innthe best way. Street was quiet and the house was easy to settle into.

This tidy little home has touches of delicacy all around and offers the perfect place to enjoy a quiet getaway. Every necessary furnishing is at hand, with restaurants and shopping nearby. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of staying here when I visited the area for my college graduation. Very nice, small home. All the amenities I needed. Nice patio area and grill to enjoy, liked the fenced in area for privacy. Close proximity to Louisville Kentucky. Would highly recommend

The Jacuzzi tub was great and the property owner responded to any questions I had in a ytimely and efficient manner. Not very big but perfect for a couples get away!

Patio area is very nice, comfortable & private. Apartment needs a thorough cleaning. Bed is comfortable, furniture is comfortable. No trash bags, paper towels nor hairdryer The front of the house looks very different from pictures, looks abandoned & kind of creepy. Air conditioner works good & sump pump runs overtime, not sure why since it didn't rain during my 10 day stay. Very grateful for the off street parking spot. .

Perfectly nuzzled into a very safe area. A hidden delight. Extremely convenient to the interstate and all restaurants. The bed is very comfortable..the house, though compact, offers every need to give serenity to a traveler. Courtyard has spacious seating and shade ….we will be back!!!

Any questions we had or anything that came up, the property owner was right on top of it. Communication was great. Was an all atpund great stay!

Our stay was good. Place was small but had everything we needed. Cleanliness needed some work but other than that a good location to get to our weekend events. Not too far from downtown Louisville. Overall stay was good, house could just use a deep clean.
