A fully renovated 2 bed, 1.5 bathroom upstairs apartment with an excellent shower and separate toilet. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to self cater with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave and a Weber Baby Q BBQ. Allora also has a fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The 2 bedrooms include a queen size bed in the main bedroom and 2 king single beds in the 2nd bedroom with quality linen. Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling built-in mirrored robes, reverse cycle air conditioners as well as ceiling fans.

Living areas

Fully equipped, renovated modern kitchen with all modern appliances and laundry with front loader w/machine and dryer. Iron and ironing board are also provided.

Large dining and living area with 55 inch LCD, LED television and reverse cycle airconditioner. There is a small north-east facing balcony to sit and relax in the morning sun or watch the city lights at night, which also has a small Weber Q BBQ available for use by guests.

Public transport available with frequent services to Perth and Fremantle from just outside the front door.

Excellent boutique cafes and shops across the road and the Raffles Hotel is 5 minutes away by car or a 20 minute walk away. Very close to the Swan River with excellent paths for walking and cycling.

    Absolutely fabulous stay at Carols lovely apartment. She was an incredible host and the apartment had everything you need and more. It felt like a home. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. There were 4 of us visiting from England for a week and we had a great stay. The area where the apartment is located is not far to the city and has lovely shops and restaurants over the road. The independent grocer was amazing. I definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you Carol for all your help and advice.

    Such a wonderful apartment in a fabulous location. We stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. I hadnt realised when booking the apartment that a wonderful set of shops - cafes, restaurants and a very swanky IGA are at your doorstep. I caught the bus into town one day and the bus stop was at the front of the property! The many thoughtful touches from the hosts were very much appreciated - all the staples were provided - meaning after a long flight we could have a great cup of coffee and a snack without venturing any further than the kitchen. The apartment was sparkling clean and very very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

    This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is perfectly situated next to the village and very close to the river, which we love to walk in the mornings. The accomodation is very clean, has everything thing we could need for our stay. Thank you Carol

    What a great place, had river and city views, the host was fantastic, I arrived in the evening and the host already had milk, bread and butter and other condiments for my arrival I really appreciated the attention to detail.

    Carol was a wonderful host with clear and prompt communication, understanding of our situation with a child in hospital and then post surgery. The unit was beautifully provisioned and presented - and around the corner from delightful coffee shops and restaurants. Thanks!

    We arrived following a 5 hour drive from down south, in the evening of a 40 degree Perth summer day. Carol had very thoughtfully been to Allora and turned the airconditioning on for us, as well as leaving milk, bread, fruit & eggs. We walked in to a gleamingly clean, cool, well organised apartment, and were instantly impressed and at ease . We really appreciated the quality linen on comfortable beds, abundant towels and toiletries in great bathroom, and all the equipment in kitchen. We walked to fabulous restaurants and cafes, enjoyed the weekend outdoor cafe bustle of the neighbourhood, found anything we needed (and a few things we didn't need but were delighted to find) at the nearby bookshop/newsagency/bottleshop/grocer/patisserie/boutiques. The happy community of locals, kids walking dogs, cyclists, strollers and walkers was lovely to step into. But once we were back in Allora it was quiet and peaceful and airy, with views of the city from its second floor vantage point, and trees and flowering shrubs in the gardens around the apartment block. This is a great apartment and Carol is obviously an experienced and organised host, who anticipates needs, offers extra hospitable touches, and responds to requests really promptly. Good value. We will stay again and recommend it to any friends visiting Perth.
