Stayed Jul 27, 2025We loved our stay. Yann and Eva were fantastic hosts, who were very available when needed. The air con was very appreciated. The location was ideal for our young family, being very near the main Juan Les Pains beach, and convenient shops/eateries. Well located for the other attractions of the Cote d'Azur. Highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 18, 2022We visited this place mid of Sep. and liked it a lot! A lot of Pros: - Kind and reachable hosts - quite big appartment - Very well equipped (washing machine, BBQ, dish washer etc.) and clean. - Separate Air Conditioning in living room, and both sleeping chambers - Save and private parking space - 5min walk to the sand(!) beach - Groceries, bus stop, and a few restaurants around the corner - Cannes, Nice Ville and Airport, ... all well reachable via train (TER). We enjoyed our stay a lot and would book it again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a lovely apartment in the residential area of Juan Les Pins - just 5-7 minutes walk from a public beach, with a bunch of convenient shops nearby: a boulangerie, a greengrocer and a butcher. Having a good outside space is a definite plus to this property: we enjoyed having our breakfasts and dinners at the table outside. The property was clean and equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment and cooking essentials. The decor is simple and neutral but frankly we hardly ever spent time indoors. The owner is very friendly and helpful.Overall, I would recommend this property for a relaxed family/friends holiday.
