Theres ALOT going on in N.O. and i think staying just outside of the French Quarter opens up your options.

We finally made it to NOLA! Our location was perfect. We had access to downtown, French Quarter and most places in10 minutes. We were easily located by our Lyft drivers. The apartment was clean and ready upon arrival. Our host was very nice and gave us plenty of suggestions of where to eat and places to see. I’ll definitely comeback and I would definitely book again with her.

Kim is an amazing host and she made sure to soothe any anxiety I had about my solo stay. She also had suggestions posted for places to eat, which is always appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet, the property is clean and I felt completely safe.

We really liked the availability of public transportation close by. It was an incredible place. Reasonably priced too

I came to New Orleans to attend my daughter's baby shower. She lives just two blocks away from this adorable property, so I really lucked out in regard to location, but also, due to the utmost comfort and sanctuary I felt in Kim's immaculate, cozy duplex apartment. Kim was the best host in the world! Always accessible and easy to talk to, and she answered any questions clearly and completely. I feel so lucky to have found this property and will book here for all future travel to New Orleans, as long as my daughter continues to reside where she currently is.

We stayed at Kim’s for Parents weekend. It was clean, beautiful and a great location! Will stay again!

Taylor swift concert tickets were sold over a year in advance. Got my tickets August 2023 for her concert in October 2024. As soon as I got my tickets I immediately went to find a place to stay and already many places were price gouging for the dates of the concert and the affordable places were disappearing fast. I booked this place at the normal rate. Kim thanked me for the reservation and asked the occasion. I was scared to say why we were coming because I’ve heard horror stories of hosts canceling and upping the price so I gave a generic response and didn’t specify coming for the concert. I worried up until the day we arrived that our stay would be canceled but no such thing happened so thank you Kim for not being like other hosts! The place was nice, plenty of room for me and my 2 daughters. We parked (off street and free) and Ubered to the concert. This isn’t in a touristy neighborhood but we never felt unsafe. Would stay again.

I really enjoyed me my stay here. It was very clean. Will book again. The home is in close proximity to most attractions. I was able to get decently priced Ubers because of the location of the house. Their was a huge event going on and didn't want to drive anyway. This was perfect. Will book again
