Affordable Beach Penthouse — 2 blocks to Beach and Funk Zone

Amazing location. Super clean!

This place was fantastic! Book it, you will not regret it. It was super cute and clean, and stocked with everything we needed. There are beautiful mountain views from the front and from the bedroom. We loved the two outside decks off of the bedroom! The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was stocked with everything, and there was even a wine opener in the kitchen. We had our 7 month old and they were even able to put a pack & play and a high chair in the rental before we arrived. I also accidentally left my makeup bag, and they were able to send it back to me! 5 stars for the rental, the amenities, and the service.

We loved everything about our stay, the apartment is adorable and has anything you could need. The location is PERFECT and close to everything and in such a cute neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is light and bright, very clean and quiet, with pleasant views. The shower was great and the bed and other furniture were in good condition and comfortable. The deck and lounge chairs were very nice, we spent a good deal of time there just enjoying the beautiful weather. The location is ideal, it's an easy and pleasant walk to State St and the beach and harbor. There were a few very minor issues (entry instructions could be updated, toaster half-worked, could use some instructions for hvac units, wax buildup on table, one or two of the stove burners wouldn't light) but they did not adversely affect our stay. We would definitely consider staying again the next time we're in Santa Barbara!

We return to this location whenever we come to Santa Barbara! So close to walking to the beach and State Street. We love it!

If you’re ok with the stairs (we were) this is a lovely, fully appointed home away from home in a super walkable location. Full kitchen, including dishwasher, very private patio space and a lovely mountain view of the SB Riviera. This cozy penthouse apt was very quiet and the bed comfortable (really lovely linens). Parking was a big plus. Communications with both the manager and the on-site manager were quick and responsive. Would stay here again!

We had a lovely time here. The view from the front window was fabulous. We never used the terrace because the window view was so perfect. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Melonie/Ally replied promptly to all our questions with great advice on restaurants and Wineries. Unit has air conditioning which is a must for us. Parking was also a plus. Couple of minor issues. Bed skirt was too long and I tripped a few times. Shower head needs replacement or to be cleaned. Overall excellent vacation rental.

liked this property very much.. liked that we could walk to the harbor... and drive to some great places in the area.. #6 was super clean and had most of everything we needed..

Great stay, the accommodations were great. Important to us comfortable bed, good water pressure and temps for the shower, walkable to the sea and restaurants, air conditioning and washer and dryer. This place had everything. We would book again.

Quiet, safe, clean, and beautiful. Perfect street in a great neighborhood. Incredibly walkable and the host was so wonderful. 10 stars!

This place is incredible. We vacation every summer on the Callifornia coast and this is the best. Location is great, two blocks to beach, restaurants, wharf etc. Great furnishings that are comfortable and higher quality. So much better than the more crowded beaches in southern California. We will return soon.

Good location close to lower State Street and beachfront. Having dedicated off street parking is a big plus! Our second stay- just as good as the first.
