Nicely appointed rental with good walking accessibility to Cabrillo Boulevard and State Street.

Apartment is well located and comfortable. However, we were disappointed that a number of things including the kitchen were old and in need of refurbishment. The worse thing was that the apartment has an ant problem throughout which the owner is clearly aware of as there are ant traps visible.

Everything was great from location to unit. Walking distance to food, shopping, and beach. Host was very responsive when needed.

We love the West Beach neighborhood! It’s the perfect location…close to the beach, restaurants and the freeway. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything we need we will visit again!

We loved this cozy apartment with its sunny exposure, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. It had everything we needed and we hated to leave. Loved being within walking distance to the wharf and some excellent restaurants. We will be back!

This property was perfect for our stay. Clean, and cozy. I enjoyed having the epresso machine. We also loved having the washer and dryer. The walk to the beach was easy and super close. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

After a 7 day road trip we were looking for somewhere to relax and not have to drive anywhere!This apartment was perfect for that. Nice sunny balcony with grill, easy walking to beach,Stern Wharf, the harbour and the Funk Zone!At these places there were plenty of bars, restaurants and winery's to choose from.We really enjoyed our stay!!

Apartment was spacious, clean, secure, great decor/vibe and within walking distance to all things Santa Barbara! We will be back for sure!

My husband and I could not be more impressed with this adorable and affirdable apartment. The building is beautiful and very easy to find. If you head one way you're at the beach within minutes. Walk the other way and you find yhe Funk Zone. the Funk Zone

This is a wonderful place for a trip to Santa Barbara. The apartment is very clean and well appointed with amenities making for a very comfortable stay. It’s located in a quiet area of West Beach with easy walking distance to the beach, the funk zone, and shops and restaurants. There is even a few small grocery stores around the corner to grab snacks and staples. But everything in Santa Barbara is just a quick drive away. Such a wonderful city to explore! I would definitely return!

Everything you need in a cozy apartment space. Very accessible to Restaurants and beach. Good directions and suggestions for activities and access. Apartment was a little dated needed a bit a a refresh but comfortable. Painters were there the entire time and we needed to know this beforehand. They were parked in our spot a couple of times, and they were working in and around the unit. Generally we enjoyed our stay.
