Love Love Love, Georgio & Gaby. Venice is also a remarkable place. Location was fantastic walking distance to everything. Beautiful apartment. Had everything and felt very much at home.

A fantastic place to stay. Very quiet and safe. Very close to a number of water bus stops so you could access different lines. Close enough to walk to everything. The communication before our stay was excellent with great instructions on how to get where we needed to be. Gabriella escorted us to the apartment showed us how everything worked. She was very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and places to visit. If I go to Venice again I would stay here.

The apartment was super cute and very clean. Great location and communication with the host was excellent. I would stay there again.

The apartment is spacious and clean. It even has a nice dishwasher. The water pressure is great and it's nice and quiet. The hosts are thoughtful and responsive.

We had a wonderful visit to Venice, our host Gaby was wonderful and funny. The location was very clean and perfect location, the beds were comfortable. Only wish is that we were there longer, all the people were very nice, so much to see, it was lovely

Excellent property and host

Our host gave instructions ( with pictures) on the best way to reach the apartment from the airport. Communication was prompt and regular before we arrived. We particularly liked being welcomed by our host and shown around the apartment. Gaby was able to give us first hand information about the area including supermarkets and restaurants. It is so convenient to all Venice has to offer. Great location.The apartment was clean and so quiet with a lovely outlook onto the courtyard. The beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment for your next trip to Venice.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Venice. We had 2 adults and 2 adult children. The apartment was close to everything including a grocery store and had everything we needed. Giorgio was a great host. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Our family of four stayed in this small cozy apartment in a perfect location that was a little bit out of the chaos of San Marco square. Our hosts were perfect and very helpful with places to visit and eat. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen well stocked though we didn’t cook. Very nice place to stay in Venice!!

Gaby was kind and helpful with many good tips. The apartment was quiet and in a great location. She was flexible on our departure time, which was fantastic. Communication was outstanding. I highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful stay! Hosts are friendly and attentive. The flat is clean and cozy, perfect location to all the tourist attractions but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend and would stay again.

This property was clean, quiet, and had excellent management. The location is perfect for exploring all Venice has to offer. It’s also tucked away in a quiet spot allowing for restful recharging after busy days. Kitchen was great for cooking your own meals. Grocery store very nearby for stocking up. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others as well. Management made sure we could easily find it and checkin was smooth and efficient.

The most wonderful part hung about this place is the owners. Gabby met us and kept good communication with us. She was very kind and extremely helpful. Great hostess!!

We are a family traveling from Canada. We have been to many accommodations while traveling in Europe. This accommodation is located in a perfect spot, close to a market, good restaurants, boat bus and plenty of boutiques. The accommodation was clean, they provided us with everything we needed and the communication was easy. Giorgio and Gaby are good host and great at welcoming us. We recommend this place.
