    1. It is by the highway so unless you are a sound sleeper you will not sleep much in the master bedroom. 2. We were charged about the same for cleaning ( before we got there) as the Dolphin encounter in Kaikōura to give you an idea, so headline rate was less than half of the actual charges. Small apartment where it cannot be more than an hour to clean. I think I should become a cleaner in Albert Town!

    It’s on a complex with a four square, nice pub and a patisserie. It’s not walkable to town but a great choice if you have a car - only 5 min drive. Property isn’t spacious but modern and well setup for the size

    Lovely modern apartment, great to be able to bring our dog with us too. We love the location with the great pub bakery and quick access to a lovely walk along the Clutha river. It was over New Year and a car park was taken briefly. We tried to contact the manager on the number we had but it didn’t seem to be working, otherwise a brilliant stay thank you.
