Stayed Jul 30, 2025Hi. We enjoyed the location but not so much the apartment. It was clean enough, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the AC window units sounded like a tractor trailer. We actually stayed at a local hotel two nights. The barking dog scared the crap out of us and we have a dog! There was not a place to sit outside to enjoy the weather.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We stayed for a week and it was wonderful! The home owners in front of the rental were so nice to us and very easy to talk to. The check-in procedure was quick and easy. The rental was clean and well taken care of. The location couldn’t have been better since we were within walking distance of Short and Long Sands Beaches. We would stay at this rental again and would recommend to others to stay here as well!

Stayed Aug 20, 2023It is a newer property on the list so some items are missing in the kitchen like a cutting board for exemple. This being said it is super well located walking distance from the 2 beaches and close to supermarkets, restaurants and many other beaches. I will certainly recommend it and try to rent it again.

Stayed Aug 7, 2023This was a great centrally located home base for our week in York. Within walking distance to the shops and restaurants, both beaches, and the lighthouse, but on a quiet street. Just a short drive to Kittery and Stonewall Kitchen and we took advantage of all of the suggested walks in the very helpful information booklet. The owners were very friendly and the apartment was well supplied, comfortable and clean.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Great location , walkable to everything . Not the most ideal set up / layout for 1&2 year old with the stairs and lack of tub . But overall awesome and would be great for kids that are a little older !
