Adorable guest house with saltwater pool and spa with views close to beach

From the employee who stayed: I was fortunate enough to have an extended stay in the studio guest house apartment overlooking the saltwater pool. The second floor view is stunning and the sunrise is golden. Alesia was a wonderful host. She even did laundry for me given my extended stay in the guest house. This was a very unique opportunity for me to experience the Nantucket island life. The location is east of town and near the beach. The neighborhood is surrounded by conservation land and gravel jeep roads for miles. The studio apartment was perfect for my needs and I highly recommend this unique island living opportunity.

As someone who’s visited Nantucket since I was a child, I know how difficult it is to find a great place to stay for a reasonable price. Alesia’s place is fantastic! To have access to a pool on Nantucket is rare, combine that with the proximity to the beach, overall convenience of the location, the vibe in the atmosphere, it made for one of the best vacations I’ve ever had on the island. As If that’s not enough already, Alesia was an incredible host, eager to help in any way she could, friendly and charming. Easily the best experience I’ve had staying at someone else’s home. I felt more than welcome to use the pool, grill, and facilities. It felt like home on the island. Overall was one of the best vacations I’ve had in a long time. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in Nantucket.

My husband, dog and I loved our stay at Alesia’s property! The location was great, Alesia was very responsive and professional, and the space was clean and welcoming. We had a lovely time and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for somewhere to stay on Nantucket.

We had a wonderful stay! The studio was clean and had everything you needed. The location is great - not busy, short drive to town and close to a gorgeous quiet beach. The pool is stunning and well taken care of, it was a little chilly to swim but we enjoyed our coffee looking over the pool and conservation land. Alesia was a great host, super nice and accommodating. We would love to come back!

We had the most lovely stay! The studio is adorable, well appointed, clean and furnished beautifully! The property is well kept, serene, and the pool and hot tub are an oasis after a long day. Our host was gracious and thoughtful. Frankly, being out in the South Pasture area was not on our radar before and we will try to return….jog paths were amazing and those beach access points were incredible! Thanks for allowing us to share your property!
