Adorable Duplex just one mile from Bozeman airport. 2-bedroom with 1 bath.

Heading: Extreme train noise; not disclosed in the listingWhile the house was clean and cozy, we were very disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding noise. The property is located near a railroad track where trains pass multiple times a night, blowing loud whistles. It was so disruptive that our guests sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room were forced to leave after only one night.When we brought this to the host's attention, they claimed it was 'clearly identified,' yet three people in our party reviewed the listing and found no mention of it. When we sent screenshots of the listing to prove this, the host simply replied that it was listed somewhere else. Be warned: if you are a light sleeper or need to use the common areas for sleeping, the train noise is a major issue that is not disclosed in the property description.

David and Shelley were very responsive and great hosts! The home was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated with local decor, and had great amenities including full kitchen & in home laundry. Every detail was considered. Plush towels & bedding, Native body wash, conditioner & shampoo, and even Q-tips. The home was close to everything we wanted to visit especially downtown Bozeman & the airport. We really felt at home because the house was very comfortable. The home has an outdoor area with a picnic table and fire pit for evening entertainment. We can’t say enough good things about this property.

The place was very modern, clean, and cozy. The location was right in Belgrade with quick access to the interstate, frontage road, and airport. The hosts were excellent communicators and went above and beyond to accomodate us with an early check in.

Very nice property!! Very comfortable, well appointed. Had everything we could have asked for on site. Nicely decorated and has a great private fenced in area to have morning coffee, lunch or just to chill. Booking, check in and communication with unit managers was a breeze. We will be travelling to Bozeman again in the near future and will definitely be using this property again. Highly recommend if you are in this area to do the same!!

We only stayed for one night. It was comfortable with all amenities you could need. Very clean with everything new and clean. Super comfortable king size bed and another queen in the other bedroom. Super convenient and close to the airport.

We had a great stay at this location! We loved the little side yard where the kids could run and play. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were top-notch, and the short drive to the airport was perfect for our early morning flight!

The duplex isn't much to look at from the outside, but don't let that deter you. Inside the house is lovely and super clean with comfortable furnishings (a rarity in my experience with rentals). The bed in particular was very comfortable. In addition, the hosts were a delight and very attentive. The check in and check out process was the easiest I've experienced after numerous Vrbo rentals. The kitchen and laundry room are well stocked. If I ever need a Vrbo rental in Bozeman again, I will definitely be staying here.

This home is adorable. We were only there for one night to end our yellowstone/grand teton trip and wish we would've had more nights on these comfy beds. 4 adults and 1 man child and plenty of space. Close to food and town.

The rental was awesome! Exactly how the description describes and the host is very easy to work with. Easy check in and check out with no crazy check out cleaning process like other rentals. Would absolutely recommend.

All in all it was a good experience except for the trains but we got used to it
