This open concept condo has a quaint little kitchen with apartment size appliances, giving you the conveniences of home; refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and oven, all in a neat little package. The living space has a loveseat sofa and television that can also be viewed from the queen size bed. The bathroom is comfortable and efficient with shower only; no tub. The full size washer and dryer are located in the garage below. Two parking spaces are for this condo; one in front of the garage bay on the left, the 2nd inside the garage; only on the left side. This condo above the garage is located in the Historic District of Old Town. The land space is shared with the 3 bedroom 2 bath main house of 1016 San Fernando Street.

    Our stay in this studio apartment above the garage was pleasant. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Having the washer and dryer below in the garage was convenient. Just a few short blocks away, we found a small park to watch the sunset every night. A nice beach was a short drive to the north of Old Town.

    Wonderful 30 day stay in Old Town Fernandina Beach. Great neighborhood that was ideal for our home base as we ventured to explore Amelia Island. Also, a great place to bring our small dog with plenty of walking areas to explore. The garage apartment was very comfortable and the property management was superb. We would definitely stay again.
