Stayed Jul 21, 2025The loaction and type of apartment was fantastic, easy access to the main town and restuarants. Apartment was well equipped and everything you needed, outside pool was a good size, but not heated and was a little cold. We were not told that there was major building works being carried out to a new part of the complex and was exteamly niosy while at the pool. - please note that Lagos is an area of expansion and there is alot of building projects being carried out but don't let this put you off.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Whatever I write about this apartment would not be enough to express how happy we are from our stay in this rental. It is a wonderful place, excellently maintained, new, bright, spacious with a huge terrace and with all necessary amenities, cutlery and facilities. The mattresses are super comfi and makes you feel like sleeping on a cloud and we had wonderfully soft towels. The whole communication process with Rental valley was more than perfect - fast, professional responses and a very warm and friendly team who gave us useful advices during our stay. We regreded we didn't book more days. the property has a perfect location, close to the center, to the super market Pingo Doce and within walking distance of all attractions and beaches. We would come back again and I would definitely recommend it to anyone ??? Some small recommendations :) (really very small): The only thing that was missing in the apartment and would be helpful to have is instruction how to use the stove. It took us a while and some YouTube videos to find out how to increase the temperature on the plates and not on the ventilator ;) Also if the late check-in procedure is communicated earlier with pic of the mail box would be helpful, so to find key easily especially late in the evening when you don’t know the town and there is no one on the street to ask. I would recommend the addresses of the appartment and keybox to be given not only as coordinates but also as name e.g. Ideal Homes Portugal - Lagos or name of a shop, because when you order taxi/Uber, the coordinates cannot be found by the app and cannot be located by the driver (we used the phone to navigate the taxi and put as approximate location for the Uber driver - the Marina)
